Honestly, the guy that wants to buy an upscale single stack 1911 doesn’t want an optic. And the reason for that is because nine times out of ten, they’re 1911 purists, they’re old school. They don’t believe optic cuts should go on a single stack 1911. If you want an optics cut, get a 2011.

Did you need to have your slide re-coated after the optic cut?
