I love F-Zero 99 and I love that it got people playing and talking about F-Zero again, but I really do hope we'll get a new F-Zero game like GX/AX, those cutscenes and songs like this are so cheesy in the best way possible that I'd love to see more of it!
It’s gotta happen at some point. If SMRPG can get a remake, and if Endless Ocean can get a new game, then gosh dangit, we can get a new F-Zero GX-like game.

I saw an interview years ago about WHY there hasn’t been another F-Zero game. And ultimately it boils down to how Nintendo likes to handle in house development. Each new major entry in a series that they develop on their own they like adding some kind of new innovation. And they basically said they haven’t been able to find a good way to innovate the series. GX brought it into 3D, AND they added vehicle customization
You should try out some racing games on PC like ArcRacer, Star Racer, and Aero GPX, among others. They really try to go for the feel of an F-Zero X/GX/AX-style racing game, not to mention they're incredibly fun. Give 'em a shot sometime!

That feeling when we the F-Zero fans kept the spirit alive long enough to see 99 come out and be the most addicting 99 player online game on the Switch, I just hope Nintendo supports it as much as they supported Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Aside from the lost media BS content and reversed vanilla tracks I’d love to see some crossover Super Mario Kart tracks redesigned for the F-Zero format, imagine 99 players on Rainbow Road, heck they could even borrow from Super Circuit and have that Rainbow Road where it’s covered all in jump pads. I love F-Zero 99 and have 260+ hours clocked into it, check famous streamers like MengskGX, Misa and Yazzo to name a few if you still play, they’re cool dudes.
I'd love a Rainbow Road. Just to watch me and 20 other people die lap one.

To preface this comment, I have wanted this song to be remade for May Madness ever since it was featured in the Gamecube Medley. And my god, this one did not disappoint. The main thing I love about the OG song is that it feels hopeful and inspiring, while also just being an absolute banger in general. And all that was adapted to absolute perfection here. The instrumental is fantastic, with there being an amazing solo baked in there, as well as having incredible vocals, courtesy of Samurai Goroh (Which BTW, makes it feel like he's singing this in honor of his rival, which is a great touch). I don't know what else to say, man, except for you nailed this, and if next time is what I think it is, ooh boy, the hype train is still going and it isn't making any stops!

With F-Zero GX being my favorite racing game of all time, I love you for this. I hope to one day get to actually play AX in the arcade. Some fans have actually thrown together a map that documents where in the world you can still find an AX machine.

F Zero is such a fun game. I used to play it mainly on the GBA. I still need the cover of 'Scrap and build ourselves' from Eternal Sonata, though. I have to say I listen to it every now and then trying to understand what the cover will sound like. And the more I listen to it, the more I think it is gonna be an awesome cover. For one, the base song is already excellent, it's at 160bpm and it shows off quite often, some parts might as well be a guitar solo on their own, because of how intense and fast they are. This is request 108+ and I shall request this. EVERYWHERE, until I get it. I shall break the Magikarp's record if I have to. Do that cover Jonny. I know, I am 100% certain you will love it.
