How To Make Gold In ESO 💰 An Elder Scrolls Online Guide For Beginners
Вставка
- Опубліковано 31 тра 2024
- If you are new to ESO, the various game systems can all be very overwhelming. Rest assured, making gold in the Elder Scrolls Online isn’t as scary as you might think. Fortunately, a lot of the ways to make gold in ESO relate back to the various activities that you can do while playing, like selling gear from pvp coffers or selling materials that you picked up while questing. Of course, there are also some more “grindy” endeavors that you can partake in if you don’t mind the notion of farming (what!? FARMING!? In an MMO???)
In this video, I aim to outline a handful of the best ways to earn gold in ESO for beginners. I highly encourage applying to a trading guild in ESO to be able to sell your wares on the market! If you play on PC NA, I’d be happy to invite you to Tamriel Trade Secrets! Join my community’s discord server, and read the first post in the faqs channel for all of the info!

I’m starting to realize that me and my friend, back when we played ESO, may have been super casuals. Our biggest priorities where dyeing our armor black, becoming werewolves and vampires (respectively), and runefarming. Gold was never a problem for us.
Twilight RP, I dig it
I wanna twilight rp 🥹

Arttea, you’re amazing. Your presentation and knowledge is second to none. Great content. Love watching all your videos. I always come away with something helpful. Thank you for that. 🙏
I think RPing as a beggar might yield good GPS (gold per second) values.
- Surveys: you can also preview an unowned house and then leave to reset the nodes.
- Crafting: people often sell crafted stuff at a loss compared to raw material prices, so it's sometimes better to sell materials (for instance wood furnishings on EU)
Very true, you definitely have to be mindful of whether or not the crafted item that you are selling has a market value that is lower than the crafting cost. It's too bad that that's the case; I think that crafters should be compensated for their expertise, instead of losing money when selling crafted wares
I didn't get around to mentioning that in some cases, stacks of materials can also sell much quicker than some of the items that you could craft with them - like you mentioned, heartwood would sell faster than wood-themed furnishings. Thanks for bringing it up
So my sister informed me of a big-brain move regarding re-setting survey locations. Preview a house you don't own. You "fast travel" away, and then exit and are put back where you were, re-setting the map, with less running around. Great for re-setting when you've got a stack of the same type of survey for a specific spot, or you want to re-fresh Alchemy nodes to trade cheep nodes into higher value items like buggloss and columbine.
You really only have to walk a few feet away and it resets
ty for this upload! i took a long break from eso & i’m finally gonna get back into it so it’s good to have videos like these as a refresher 🖤
This is really good content. Practical and helpful. I have been playing ESO off and on for years and have been part of countless guilds and learned some new tips. Thank you.
Arttea, I absolutely love your videos. I've been learning so much about the economics and even game mechanics from you! Also have to mention the videos editing and your sense of humor are the best. Thank you!!
Thank you for the kind words! Glad to be able to help!
My first big money items were perfect roe and it was only worth like 20-25k back then. I would usually hit up fishing nodes I passed while questing, so perfect roe funded the purchase of my first house :3
OMG I remember when perfected roe used to be 14k each Super cool that you were able to get a whole ass home from fishing!
Making gold in this game is honestly one of the reasons I still play. Simply put, it's a lot of fun! As well, when you make that first couple million it shifts your perspective in many ways. Thanks Arttea for inspiring me to invest in the things I love.
I always find myself watching your videos even though i hate and don't even play ESO, I think that gives credit to how informative yet enjoyable your videos are. Keep up the great work.
Awesome new video! The gameplay and visuals were some of the best I've ever seen from ESO creators. I can definitely tell you put a lot of work into it. Keep up the great work!
Thank you!!

Thank you so much my friend tried explaining some of this stuff to me before but I feel like I just now understood what I actually need to do
Are you new to ESO and looking to join a trading guild on PC NA with no fees or requirements? Tamriel Trade Secrets would love to have ya! To join, all you have to do is:
1) Join my community's discord server - discord.com/invite/tamrieltradesecrets
2) Assign yourself the "guildie" role in #role-assign
3) Drop your in game name in the #invite-pls channel
I highly recommend joining a guild that has a trader to begin your trading journey in ESO! This will help you be well-equipped to purchase whatever you need! If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments or in my discord server!
*Also, at 5:12, I noticed that the wording that I used implied that you would have to constantly do your certification quests, which isn't the case. I meant to say that the certification quests must be done on all of the characters that you wish to do daily writs with (you have to repeat the certification process, but once you've certified a toon, they are good to go)!
Love your vids... I wish that consoles were as fun as what PC players have access to. :)
I really enjoy ur vids. Tried to join ur guild before but maybe got rejected idk I forgot
Not a newbie at all too but still fun to watch this videos.
@@benjordansslave8002 Thanks! And we accept everyone that asks for an invite in our dedicated invite channel on discord, regardless of your level. You're more than welcome to try to send another request if something didn't work out last time!
I would love to take you up on the Guild offer...although not new, i have been away for 5 or 6 years (everything has changed)- its like being new
Solid vid! I think I started with both harvesting matts and farming gear...*memories of when footmans sold for stonks and stacks of alchemy matts were pittance* Fun seeing some of your alts fashion here too!😊
Just found ur channel, super helpful thank youuuuuu 😊Now one of 2 ESO creators that I can enjoy learning from, gonna check out more of ur stufff… I just wanna deep dive into the game
I’ve really played the game in awhile so this video helped me a lot. Also I’m enjoying your content so far😊.
Great tips. I started by selling anything I couldn’t use (to vendors)😢 I just recently watched this video and followed your advice to join a trading guild. I haven’t sold anything yet but has come in handy when it comes to things I need for my writs. Thanks for the informative video.
As a returning player (who played only a few months in 2017), thank you for this video. I have been doing writs daily for the last month but did not realize that there was a jewelry certification.
A cheeky comment to support the video.
Haven't watched it yet but will check bit later, just for the memes and chill, well-made ESO content. Keep it up 🙏
Subbed for the clam simplicity and humility, which seems to be in short supply in the ESO community.
Been a while since I’ve seen one of your videos glad to see you still working hard making great content 👍
Heyy! Been a while since I've heard from ya! Thanks for the support and I hope you're doing well
Very nice video again! A pity, that I had to figure out almost everything by myself the time I began playing way back in 2014. The new players now are lucky to have your videos as guidance. I still remember trying to explain a friend how to research traits, and why she can't craft sets because she hasn't researched enough of them. There were so many misconceptions back then... Not a very well explained system by ZOS, really.
I tried to make myself less dependent from gold, by farming transmutes. The most money I spent in those early years were mainly buying gear and repairing them. Constant struggle... Not having to buy sets now, because of the sticker book system, is a game changer. Now I can spend all my gold on houses, furnishings and recipies.
So sad, that I am on PC EU, so I can't join your guild. It would be so awesome to learn those flipping items tricks from you. 😄 I will never have enough gold to buy crown crates so. (I have only ca. 56 millions now, and the crown/gold exchange rate is abysmal.)
Late but I made my first million gold years ago watching your videos as a guide! I started grinding out materials, making valuable potions and finding valuable gear
Where do you sell? I have been playing for a week ans am constantly in need of money.
@@jo-ellenphilander1230I believe you HAVE to join trading guilds in order to sell. I’m here for the same reason as you lol.
@@jo-ellenphilander1230 Join a trading guild with a good location. I'm in two guilds have trader's in major hubs
I did not know about that Daily Writ cool down on motifs! Thanks, Artea! 💯
Yea np! Knowing that comes in real handy when you're looking to farm overland motifs for the zones that are affected by those cooldowns!
I loved this video! Very helpful! Thank you!
I just started selling stuff through a guild trader and I never know how much to sell stuff for...usually based on what other people sell it for LOL. You produce really great videos and content - three reasons 1) they are informative, 2) you add a bit of comedy, and 3) to be honest, I like the sound of your voice!
Have made one and only one money making video (just on what i do, not really a guide lol) and it was on my favorite money making daily quests because writs can go die in a hole.
Great video as usual! I just checked your channel yesterday to see where the economy queen is and here you are lol.
Very well done. Informative and entertaining.
Thank you for this! I've been struggling to figure out how to make more gold
I've made so many mistakes in ESO. The tips here have helped me a lot. I've probably deconed some of those items.
Thank you soo much for this video and I'll get started on your other videos i just started playing three days ago and watched some Adam video, but I was even more confused than ever, so when I happened on your video WHOA! What a difference. Thank you for your time in creating these videos and I will be looking forward to more assistance in playing more efficiently.
You're my New explainer of all things of how and what to craft from now on! hehe just kidding but would like to know more. ty
Subbed!!!
thank you for your great vids. clear and helpful for a new player
Love how you are looking out for the new player's!
Just recently found your channel. Your videos are the perfect mix of funny and informative and I appreciate you not being the kind of youtuber who is like "SUP Y'ALL, ITS YA BOII WITH ANOTHA VIDEO. HIT THAT BELL, SMASH IT AND LIKE Y'ALL.
LMAOOO thanks homie. Funnily enough, I still get comments from gamers that tell me that I *should* be more high-energy like that, but that's just not really me 😅 Making gold in ESO is pretty fun and all, but shit man, it's not *THAT* exciting lol
@@Arttea I stay sub'd and watch because you are YOU. ;) Your intel shows.
Sign up for all the guilds you can as soon as you start playing. It might take a day or 2 to get in one but you will get in one. Anyway, just do it. People say fashion or housing is the real end game but for me it's trading. It's a never ending garage sale
super Thanx for the video, it's fun and full of info... cheers
Love your videos, voice, mannerisms, humor, wit. Pretty sure you could make a video on the chemistry and physics of paint drying and I would love it.
GREAT info, quality tips. ty
This is the second time that I’ve come back to ESO after a long break and Arttea releases a great guide to remind me how to make gold on the same day.
I’ll take this as a sign from the divines that my calling in this game is to get $, or to eRP, one of those, maybe both 🤔
This is an excellent video for new players, I wish it was out when I started playing last July. The biggest mistakes I made as a new player was throwing away Mundane Runes and Decorative Wax to make space in my backpack (Don't do that, you can sell them for a decent price in Trading Guilds) and spending lots of gold to complete armor sets I found like Warrior Poet and War Maiden.
Noooooo I remember you mentioning this in the server hahah
I’ve been doing that. 😢
I just started and I’m blown away by the amount of content there is for some reason I thought the game was just Skyrim again but you see other online players but it’s like 3times new Skyrim with all new stuff I’m definitely overwhelmed and trying to just level naturally and selling armor I don’t use I definitely suck at crafting and want to get better for sure
Love your videos. I am always excited to watch em and sometimes I just let em play in the background while playing. I have a question completly unrelated to the content of the video tho. What is that bow motif at 1:52 ? I have been searching for it ever since I started to watch your videos. Thank you for making great content.
I really appreciate the support!!
Ah that is my favourite bow style (if you couldn't tell by now lol) That is the Domihaus bow style from the Domihaus arms pack. It's not in the crown store at the moment, unfortunately, as those monster arms packs are added on rotation.
@@Arttea Thank you so much, then I will be on the lookout for when it comes out again. ♥
For a game people keep telling me is dead you have great views, good for you girly. We luv you
Love your eso stonks videos
Thanks gamer
love the videos even as an experienced player its nice to get some more tips on making gold (builds cost a fortune these days)... i started with dolmens, then pvp (easy way to make gold through pvp only items or GV)...then i found out about public dungeon farming (especially blackreach that helped loads)....also "they maybe old, and the quality shite" im still laughing now🤣🤣
Not to sound like a fucking creep but your voice is incredibly soothing 😂😂 thanks for the tips lmfao
I switched to Guild Wars 2 a while back but I still like watching these videos. I still have hope that Zenimax decides to respect players a bit more one day.
Another gold making method that I have used (Xbox NA) is chest farming in areas that don't have dolmens. The reason would obviously be for the jewelry. For example, I farm chests (which include mat rotations as well) in blackwood and can sell even green or blue jewelry for a good price. Both frostbite and DLA sell pretty good, and if you are lucky to get a purple drop, you're in great shape. I know blackwood is DLC and maybe not as helpful to new players but coldharbour is another one. Stygians is a well like nightblade set that you can sell both the jewelry and the armor pieces/weapons for a nice price.
Note: I specified the jewelry, but armor pieces for well liked sets like DLA and frostbite still sell well if you need some filler for your sell slots. You may just have to be picky about the traits.
I find chest farming more fun than just mat farming because I find chests because RNG is both frustrating and addictive, but I will admit that you probably want to up your legerdemain before doing chest runs and definitely have treasure hunter passive in green tree active.
As a new player I found it ironic.... I sucked with chests. So I discovered that skill and started working on it. I noticed chest were a decent way to level as u can only traffic a small amount. I'm like 140 a day now I think. So I started to open the chests I hated to level faster to get force lock... about 20 tries later on a master chest, I finally understood. Now I can pop masters on first try usually almost flawlessly. Abita annoyed my hatred for chests made me become a master. But I guess now I can quickly pop a chest without forcing
Your voice sounds so different now! I just started playing this again after some years off. I used to watch your videos all the time before. ❤
I have a much better mic now haha
Another awesome and informative video Arttea!
Sadly I do not play ESO anymore (due to the direction I feel the games taking) but I will always be popping by for your new content to show support.
Im currently really enjoying Guild Wars 2, the world of Tyria has really enveloped me.
And what direction would that be?
I wish Guild Wars was on console but I do play it occasionally on my PC. A much better way for me as a PvE soloer to be prosperous.
Im earning gold while doing pvp but it toook me sooo loooong to actually find a way to make some gold in a way that i find fun, i really hope vids like this help people :) what really helped to get some gold in was finding a guild that's got their trader in one of the better trading places, such as mournhold, grahtwood, stormhaven, rawlkha, vvardenfel or even craglorn
great video, Thank you for sharing :)
I left and came back, been playing for two months now and I’m finally biting the bullet and decided to watch a guide so I can get back into my old flow, and boom you post a video. Thank you for acting as a vessel for the spirits of elder scrolls, I wonder what you are on the other side?
my first foray into making gold was actually selling intricates. It was but a pittance, they sold quick and we're a great filler for my trader spots when I was lower level!
I never cared about Trading bacause trading is more complicated then it needs to be and you have to travel from town to town, just to find someone that sells the items you need... it sucks. Trading Guilds suck to. I play casualy, and it's not rare, that i leave the game for 2 weeks up to 2 month, so i have to find a new guild, every time i decide to come back. My main Guild doesn't care, but all the Trading-Guilds do. So i stopped looking for one.
Why can't there be just an Auctionhouse on every map?
I just started to provide myself with the items i need and craft everything by myself. :D
Agreed on auction house. Console ESO sucks, imo.
If you rank your crafting skills up to 10 before taking the quests from the daily writ trainers you can skip the annoying quests and they will certify you right away.
Outside of gold mats from writs, I used to do the elsweyr quests to sell kitty litter aka shimmering sand. Also because most of the overland drops there kinda suck people would sell the pieces on the trader for dirt cheap and you could decon them to profit on the sand lol.
Another good way to passively earn good stuff to sell when you mainly like to "kill things in eso" is to get your alchemy up at least enough so you can get higher level solvents. At least for xbox NA, you can make much more profit selling even just slime or gall over grease, ichor, or allkests. I personally keep my solvent proficiency at 5 and I'm literally like the only one or one of like 2 or 3 people selling purified water and pitch bile in my 4 traders guilds. Of course the crafting build can have max alchemy proficiency, but just save like 2 or 3 skill points to allocate to your fighting build (via armory for new players who don't know) on your main toons.
A new Arttea video!? Hell yeah
Unrelated to the topic but the editing in this video had me giggling so much. Great upload, and thanks for teaching my ignorant ass how to make money after playing this game for almost a decade.😅
When I first started playing I actually didn’t really focus on making gold. I would just save up/wait for those rare 100k daily login rewards…
It wasn’t until I started getting into the fashion side of things that I realized I needed to start making gold asap! So I ended up joining a guild with a trader and I would farm daily world boss motifs, specifically annihilarch. Eventually I evolved into a mat/pvp gear set farmer/peddler xD.
I really wish I had started taking screenshots earlier cause my fashion was very questionable, but I look back on it fondly still.
The outfit that I put together with my first rounds of ‘major’ stonks included daggerfall covenant heavy helmet and the welkynar cuirass dyed in one color either nirnroot gray or coldharbour ash black.
so when i first started eso i desperately wanted the imperial motif because i thought that it was the best looking armor. not really sure how it happened but i ended up joining a pyramid scheme where i would run around the bal foyen resource loop and then instead of listing it on the auction house i would send them to some player and he would pay me a certain amount of gold for the amount of wood or metal i harvested. good memories
Random question, how are you able to use the old PC UI instead of the updated one? I started playing again recently and it looks like they changed everything and made the console port the default UI setting.
A few thoughts to make it easier for all players of every level to use the trade system to make gold
Centralized the trade system in an auction house. Continue to require membership to trade guilds to list. Trade guilds still have to bid for spots on the exchange to prevent a free-for-all. Just ditch the traveling requirement. It's exhausting to run around to multiple traders only to find they've all sold out of the item your looking for. Or require travel to only to faction capitals to do business on the central exchange.
Give tools in the exchange ui to exclude extremely high and low prices. To get a better idea of a real average value.
TTC is a decent tool but it can use some of refinement.
Create a job board where people can post specific items they want like furniture or materials to create a crafter specific trade system.
Finally, a coherent ESO content creator. Thank you. Wow, UA-cam is really pushing the "bro" personality of other content creators for ESO for some reason.
Oooo I remmeber milking that Deshan inferno staff so much last year. It was a good year, lol.
When I started playing ESO I was leveling up my crafting super quickly and then selling all the gold mats without thinking that I will need them for my gear
Was not fun times buying all back for increased prixe XD
Great upload again young lady.
The best way I found making gold while leveling with a starter character, is to ask someone to take you to all three anchors in Alik’r desert. And just keep rotating anchors until your inventory is full. And either summon your assistant or go to a merchant and sell everything. Then do it all over again! It’s a great wait to level while farming at the same time. It’s not the best money maker, but it’s not bad either.
5:48 so should I keep my skill line not upgraded or does it upgrade the materials I need automatically as my skill level goes higher and now based on point put in
Fishing & selling raw fish for 600-700g (PC NA) via guild trader was my first jackpot realization. Once you have financial stability you can then afford to risk filletting the fish for a shot at a Perfect Roe, then either selling it as a mat or crafting it into something specific which is more valuable.
Flipping items is also key, MM helps with that immensely.
When in doubt, remember - people always need crafting materials, especially in crafting / daily writ hubs such as Vivec City.
Hey Arttea! Just wanna ask, what reshade do you use?
I'm just coming back to ESO and UA-cam popped this video up in my feed. Excellent watch - makes me kind of sad I actually collected everything that I could before leaving the game... I don't suppose there is a way to un-collect an item huh 🙃
I’m a vet player.. I’ve got loads of gold and enjoy watching your guides as there is always something that reminds me of something I forgot.. but my question to you is what do you do with your gold at end game other than buying mats to gold your gear out
Pvp is a fairly costly endeavour; so purchasing sets for the shifting metas is another gold sink. A lot of veteran traders also use their hefty sums of gold to purchase motifs and housing items (which is partially why the “fashion/housing is endgame” phrase exists haha). Many also purchase crown items for gold via a crown exchange service. I use my extra gold to fund my guild’s trader and fund guild initiatives, like contests and giveaways!
I just started playing, I'm still level 25, and joining a trade guild was the best advice I've gotten from this channel. As a free player who's properly limited with inventory space. First thing is to get your bank and bag upgrades. Since I still don't have access to motifs and don't know what they are, best bet is to sell crafting items. But item flipping is the way to go. I had 5k gold, and my bank upgrade was 20k. In one night, I flipped some items and made a 100k. Only limitation to the free player again when flipping is that you might see your life's biggest flip opportunity from TTC but you'll not be able to visit that guild trader because you don't have the expansion. Happy trading.
Oh wow, nice job on the flip! Usually beginner players aren't comfortable enough with the notion of flipping, so that's really impressive, especially given your profit margin! Keep it up and happy trading! :)
@@Arttea Yea, it is definitely scary. It was either make enough gold to buy off Zenimax itself, or end up role playing a hobo in some town asking peeps to spare some coin. But when a very generous soul decides to sell a stack of 30 Heartwood for 500 Gold, there's little risk involved. xD
Thanks to you, I have my eyes on heartwood, mundane rune, decorative wax and deadlands scrolls all the time. haha
cheers
How long does it normally take after an event for the motifs and zone items to return to normal prices?
awesome video, thank you very much (even though i watch your vids mostly because of your voice).
Absolutely, start researching asap immediately lvl 1 lol,
yo yo yo great vid and what not... but what freaking reshade are you using?

@@Arttea thanks for the tips 😁
8 characters x 5000ish gold each= 40,000 a day... it's worth it (daily writs)
Yeah it's a nice amount of gold to receive, plus the crafting materials that you get are My brain starts to get a little friend after the 8th character though Although, I've been doing writs lately while listening to an audiobook, and that has been nice
Normal questing is also a decent way to get some gold as long as you kill most enemies you see. It also lets you complete zones.
Very well done. +1
Greetings Arttea! Thank you for your videos about ESO! Have you tried playing GW2? Curious to see what you think of it
Heya! I have never played GW2, but one of my best friends that I met on ESO has since quit the game to play GW2 instead and is loving it. He's been playing it for several months now and really enjoys it. I definitely plan on checking it out at some point!
I'm glad writs daily grinding pays off in the long-term, it was daunting to farm skill points to unlock all the crafting passive for couple of my toons at first, but once those toons are set and with the help of crafting add-ons, it only takes 15 ish mins to complete per day and the rewards we get from those writs dailies are much better than doing most of the overland quests which is pretty sad tbh.
I agree; I kind of wish that quests would get overhauled to produce semi-decent rewards, the way you'd complete whole ass quests in skyrim for sweet weapons and whatnot. In ESO, you'll save an entire city from Daedra and then get handed 32 gold and a green belt that isn't a part of any set in the training trait
@@Arttea the game assumes youll do quests at low level, the issue is theres so many damn quests noe it needs to scale to your level.
When I’ve farmed surveys, I have noticed if you transport to a house that you DO NOT OWN and then
leave right away it resets the survey. I’ve knocked out 10+ of the same survey in an like 20min.
Perhaps someone can help: My guild problem is buying. I press R to see the stock, then do a search and nothing ever shows up from a search. Ever. From any guild trader anywhere. I can see an entire list of items on the right but am not able to use the functions below the search to narrow the area of search. Does anyone have any idea why I can not use the search function at guild traders? Thanks in advance
Such a good and informative video, unfortunately it made it real clear i need to use brain cells if I want gold for inventory space. I thought the game would be similar to other bethesda games where you loot stuff and grind mobs, do quests and get money by basically being a raider and get stronger by taking the drops of enemies that scale. Then eventually get to the mmo aspect where lootable gear reaches its soft cap and isnt enough for difficult events or bosses, then finally we need to craft our own gear and all that, but by then we realize that we only have enough resources to craft a few pieces and we need to grind even more for a full set. Dreams shattered.
I need more gold but just for armor glyphs and foods lol. Have my sets done other than upgrading them to gold. My daggers are gold already. Both precise :)
Hey, just a question when you were farming how were you able to see the materials in colours?
If you are referring to the little indicators that hover over each of the nodes - that is from the addon “harvest map”
@@Arttea yeah im new to eso so i watched a tutorial on how to add addon i figured it out took me 2hrs tho 😅. But still thank you!
How did you zoom out so much?
Also I started making gold by completing the blue swirling portal thingies and just selling all the loot that I get from the chest that spawns lmao
Oh my dear, Role Playing 'can' get you off to a good start to be honest. I remember all those many moons ago in WoW in the starter zone of my Dwarf Hunter shooing off a human Paladin with tell 'Ye longer-legger are on me land... Get ya smelly boots out ae here back tae Stormwind, hé' And he started laughing and gave me 5 gold, which was back then a small fortune when people were still farming to unlock flying for a huge fortune of 5k. Ever since in every MMo, I try it when I start out and I usually get results to start me off in a comfy fashion. :)
I started some months ago, still haven't join a guild. I was in lotro a long time ago and it seems it is easier to make money but i don't know what to do with them as i mostly solo around. I still remember the first days trying to figure out where the auction house is.
Oooh I tried out LOTRO a while back and really enjoyed my time there! If only there were more hours in the day - I would definitely play it more often
fishing remains my go to method for gold.
A question about curated loot in DLC zones.
Those items drop from daily reward coffers too, right? So what happens when I get War Maiden's Dagger from a reward coffer and it's a bad trait? No other player will buy it, but then if I try to destroy it, sell it to an NPC or deconstruct it, it will get added to my sticker book and it's now ruined since it's account wide, I cannot farm it easily anymore.
Am I missing something, how do I avoid this?
🤔
Reward coffers are not supposed to drop curated loot, but some are bugged, and they do :’) As for your offtraited dagger: that’s right, you have to give it to another player if you wish to rid it of your inventory without collecting it. Lower your price for it and it will sell. I would know because I deliberately have not bound that item myself, and sell it from time to time!
So is it a good idea to have a toon just dedicated to crafting? Or should most toons you play on be adequate in crafting?
You really only need to invest in kitting out one crafter (learn all of the motifs on that toon, do all of your trait research on that toon, invest a bunch of skill points into the crafting passive that allows you to use less tempers etc), but it may not be a bad idea to at the very least max out the progression of each profession (ex: woodworking X - allows use of sanded ruby ash) on all of your characters to improve your chances at getting valuable material drops upon completing writs, if you like doing those to earn gold.
@@Arttea okay I see. I have a dedicated toon for just doing all things crafting. Just wanted to see if that was a waste or if there was a more efficient way! Thanks for the info and video!
I have a crazy amount of mats. Should probably sell them as I don't do crafting exceept for upgrading gear tiers.
Crafting is my favorite part of this game 9:00
hey, quick question! how does your game look so good? do you have a ReShade mod installed? if so is there a link to that anywhere?
I do use a reshade preset called "royale reshade"! Highly recommend it, as it doesn't affect my performance much and I really like how it looks - particularly at dawn and dusk! Here is a link to it: www.nexusmods.com/elderscrollsonline/mods/144
@@Arttea thanks a bunch for the reply! i’ll be sure to add this to my game because the shading in your videos are always so COOL ❤️
Omg i need that mod that highlights the flowers on the ground !! It would save me skill points and im colorblind and never see the smaller darker ones lol
I started on ESO Beta then left for a while, came back on xbox cuz a friend then he left, finally i am back on pc starting my journey again. Only me and my little Beta Monkey . And the first way i made money was saying I love you to nice people on zone chat and they sent me 100k gold saying I Love you too 😁
if you have binded a mother's sorrow staff, can you still get it from drops? 15:28
You can, but not until you bind all of the other gear from Deshaan. Upon doing this, your RNG will return to “normal”, and will no longer be curated to give you gear that you do not yet have (since you have everything from that zone). Hope that makes sense!
I have a crafter with every trait. Researching those last traits was painful. 29days wow!
29 days for each piece and you can only load 3 pieces at a time - owwwwch!
