And another question that bothers me is why the weight on the Marshal's official website is 4.65 kg and you, and I, too, have it on the box is 4.1 kg. It's either a fake, or they've changed the manufacturing technology, which I can't find information about anywhere... Did you buy it at the official store?
No, my app doesn't show it. It only shows the serial on the bottom of the speaker. I'm not too sure about the weight though. I bought mine through a certified seller, and I would be really surprised if it was fake.
You're totally right! When I was shopping for one, they were all sold out for some reason, and I could only get my hands on Stanmore II model. Hoping to be able to to unboxing of the 3rd (or maybe even 4th) generation in the future! Thanks for your comment/dzięki za komentarz Marcin!
@@openables From what I have been told and seen first hand as I know someone who has the 1 that the Stanmore 1 has the better sound, out of the three....the 1 was a great buy and sounded Amazing to me
@@drewsmith6066 that's crazy! I haven't had a chance to listen to the 1st gen, but what you're saying is interesting. It's a shame there's no way to get a brand new 1st generation anymore.
@@openables There some on e-bay chap but they hold the money and you're taking a chance, As I said I went round a girl's house for an all night drink lol.... about two months ago now and the women I was with was telling me about this music box and that its sounds great with lots of bass, I have an AV amp and Tannoy floor standing speakers, with JBL's surrounds ... I always listen to music in two channel with the Tannoys in straight / direct mod, so the women knew I was into me music...anyway we got to this girl's house, and she put this Gen 1 on, I was immediately blown away with the sound / bass , the girl keeps saying what do you think, I told her for a small Bluetooth box it sounds amazing and never sell it 👍 , she said her mom got it her when she moved in some years ago 🙂
Is this speaker is having battery in it or it's wireless only because of bluetooth?

Stanmore ll is old model, replaced by Stanmore lll.
