- I have no idea why people keep requesting Chaos Wars voice clips. You know it's terrible, yet you want more. I guess people like train wrecks.
I wonder should even bother putting up some of audioatrocities.com listed games? I owned or play/beat at least half of those games. I think it easier to show the highlights rather than watching all clips.

The voice acting is still awful, but I feel as if these ones were at least trying to sound ok unlike the others. These characters VAs are probably the best in the game for at least sounding like they're remotely trying.

Hyoma's VA is the one that actually sounds like they're trying to make it good, but just didn't have the experience with acting beforehand to execute it well. Still sounds the best of all the voices and is at least 'passable' in a sense. Whoever their voice director was probably was just as bad as many of the actors though for allowing such a flat sounding dub to make it into the game.
@@thelovebat I don't think they had a director at all, but if they did, then yeah, they were pretty bad at their job xD I agree with regards to Hyoma :3 I think the main area he needs to work on is the 'personality' he's trying to give the voice :3 He got the memo that Hyoma was supposed to be salty and sarcastic, but he took it a tad too far and made that the only defining trait of his voice, making his character sound unlikable as heck

I unironically come back to these videos for white noise when I have trouble sleeping. The bad acting is so nostalgic at this point it's soothing.

Im not gonna lie,the only who is even giving a tiny bit of effort is Hyoma. He isn't good,but dammit you can tell his voice actor knows what he's dealing with and is trying his fucking best.

I almost want to play this game solely for the terrible voice acting.
I actually have this game, it's decent, but if it didn't have the high quality voice acting, I probably would only play a little bit of it and never finish it.

Honestly, they sound better than literally every other character in this game. Hyoma and Hiro actually seems like they're trying to do their very best with what they got.

At least these three sound like they were in the same room.
After watching some clips of the game's cutscenes I find Hyoma, Rin and Hiro's voices to be the most tolerable IMO. I think that with some acting practice (and a much better script) they could have been passable VAs.
You do know the creator got his family members to do it right?
I truly hope those were office staff asked to do voices rather than professional voice actors, because if they were that's unforgivable

Hiro sounds somewhat decent and Rin would be fine if she was a bit more expressive. Hyoma sounds alright sometimes and like he's playing up the annoyance too much other times. All in all, the best performances in the game.

At least Hyoma puts emphasis on certain words to sounds more real. The last clip I saw of this game's voice acting was atrocious. X'D
terrible but hilarious, i am so sure the developers knew that it would spark attention this way haha and so it did. The v actors didnt even try to emulate the characters emotions xD

Okay, THIS is not how voice acting is suppose to be. I think it deserves a remake on the PSN with better VA. Speaking of which here are the two ways of being a voice actors:
#1. Voice actors are suppose to express the character's feelings like they are in a drama play
#2. Have professional voice actors like for example, Greg Ayres and Monica Rial
Hyoma is trying a little bit, but the game's english voice acting is still bad.
