Damn dude thats crazy this happened to you on feb 3rd i got gas and FILLED my tank up to the brim. left the gas station and my car stalled out and died... sure enough found out about week and a half later i got bad gas/water in my tank the fuel that came out was like a rust orange color and after getting it running again flushing the tank and pulling the plugs, im having car issues still and fighting these bills with the gas company and its a huge headache for me and annoying. had to do the fuel pump myself with the tank slap full too lol that sucked

Did you ever install the VK56 into the G? I got a G for pretty low looking to buy engine and I got a good price on a VK don’t know how I’d go about engine swapping though

Hi There, sorry for this post but I would like to ask your help as I have the same car and I cannot figure it out what is wrong with it. I tried to post here before but got removed,so not sure what to do. Please let me know if I can ask your opinion in this car as I can not rid of the below error codes and I spent a lot of money on parts and noone could help me till... P0350 did not clear, also code C1130 engin signal. Thank you

I’m having a similar problem with my 04 g35 coupe that you had a year ago. You had a problem with your ECU fuses blowing, well I have a problem with my ecu modules blowing. Recently bought a new ecu module and when I tried programming, we found out when turning the key, my IGN & ECCS CONTI fuse kept blowing stopping me from being able to program the new ecu. Any help Is appreciated!

Hey man I just took my G35 to get emissions test done. The car runs good and hasn't had any check engine codes. When they hooked up the obd2 to the car it wouldn't connect to the obd2 after 4 tries. He said to connect an obd2 code reader and see if I can get it to connect. It said no stored dtc on ecu. The car runs and drives but won't connect when emissions testing. Any ideas my friend?
Go to a different smog test place. Some scanners won’t connect to these cars. It’s really weird. I know firsthand. My automotive school has these $5,000 Autel scan tools and it wouldn’t connect to my 2003 g35 coupe but my $600 Xtool scanner would connect just fine. Never did figure out exactly why. You’d think the expensive ones would connect to anything, but not always I guess
I've owned 4 G coupes so far. 3 G35 coupes and 1 G37 IPL edition.
My 1st was a 05 blk on blk rev up G35 manual back in 2009. Put like 15k into the car did almost everything except turbo. Did stillen exhaust test pipes y pipe. Cold air injen intake. Bully dog GT performance chip. Changed to lightweight pulleys. Bigger throttlebody and spacer. Slammed on Coilovers camberkit rims 19 inch. Headlights grill lip kit. Rear diffuser. Custom stuff done in the interior lighting double din sub woofer wheel. Stage 2 and then again later on stage 3 racing clutch etc...
Then in 2018 a 2011 G37 IPL auto in grey with Red interior. Did only suspension rims intake and muffler delete
Further more in 2021 another 05 G35 coupe silver on black interior unfortunately automatic 😕 cuz it hard to find a decent condition manual in Miami
To conclude in 2022 another G35 coupe this time 04 Red on Tan interior unfortunately automatic again but idc because I love VQ coupes. and a R34 or R35 GTR

No someone put water in my gas tank, I did not need to change the fuel pump. Instead siphon the water out of the tank....ua-cam.com/video/y6j63PfIMoY/v-deo.html
