I absolutely agree that the Creator 3-in-1 Castle red-and-white banners don't match the Black Falcon knights' colors. I think the castle's original design was always for the red-and-white banners, but they had to include the Black Falcons because the torso, legs, and shields were already in production for the Medieval Blacksmith. To confuse things even further, the 90th Anniversary Castle features the same Black Falcon torsos and legs, but with black helmets instead of the silver ones they've been using recently. I'm torn betweon outfitting all of my Black Falcon knights with black helmets to match, or converting the ones in the 90th Anniversary set with silver helmets.

Right now I have a bit over 1000, 100 horses, 14 elephants. What you see at this Level of this series is 600.
How to buy just figures? In my country the LEGO store doesn't sell figures only.

I’m late to the castle thing, i didn’t think I would put a castle in my LEGO city , I didn’t want to build a completely different section just for a castle plus it looks like it can get out of control lol. I got 3 of the 3n1 sets and thinking of putting it in my LEGO city but with a twist. To integrate it into a city mine will be a Mid-evil Restaurant. I have just finished building the first on to get a feel for the build and you are right it’s is way too small. I have been researching the rebrickable builds and I like the one you did as well . Looks great. Black Falcons looks best with black helmets as opposed to the flat silver. Luckily, the flat silver looks great with the Lion Knights, so you can re-purpose the helmets for those figures. Thank you for this vid btw. I agree the 2 castle moc is far superior to the 3x.
You called those armies garrisons? With that many knights, you gonna need to build an entire city or two to support them. :D
Theirs a reall nice one named black falcon castle that uses 3 Havnt seen anyone do that one yet!
