Small kitchen sink, small fridge, heating stove inefficiently placed..forget big shower, forget tv...both b better storage.but yes very roomy , very limited on canal travel.but whomever bought this barge would b aware .
www.mappery.com/map-of/UK-Broad-Beam-Canal-Map If you look at the map at least 80% is available and there are ways to get from north to south, I often wonder how many ever do 100% of the system.
@@MichaelsMustang You got that right mate, and using the rivers or most often the sea to get from south to north is not a problem for the wide beams{cat c}, not so for the narrow boats which sometimes have to avoid even the tidal parts of some rivers.
could someone please tell me why these boats don't have exhaust fans in the bathroom and over the cook tops? the odors on these boats must be horrific.
@@margolenney6032 If you watch enough of these the cupboard opening becomes quite agravating half the video is on that yet important thing like the engine and electricals are ignored, despite constant complaints it continues and in this one he was invading their privacy.
I could watch a three-hour documentary on cupboards. They simply never show enough of them in these videos. Some, should be shown twice. Once, I watched a live webcam streaming a cupboard for an entire day. Was riveting.
Wide Beams work ''Perfect'' on continental Europe' with wide and long Canals, Rivers, modern locks, Lakes and many different City's to visit... England's Canals today are two Primitive, The Canal lock's are too slow, and hard work to use, with no north to south connection, and just too few Navigable Canals for the cost of a Wide Beam boat... With all the big modern Power diggers and building technology that exist today, its time England's water ways were brought up to date, for all Canal users. The Narrow boat to live on for me, are too claustrophobic or just two Narrow!! Much prefer the freedom of life in a Van, or a Lolly? I really do like the wide beam though, it's just the right size Canal boat to live on... 💕 💔
Why, why, why does this huge otherwise gorgeous widebeam boat have a walkthrough bathroom ??? The biggest attraction of the extra space a widebeam offers - to me has always been the room to do away with this abomination.
And there is so much space in that kitchen that the laundry machine/s could easily go in the kitchen ! Weird choice ! All the gadgetry stuffed into tight places makes me nervous about pipe leaks tho ! Hopefully there are easily accessible ways to switch off the piping if leaks happen ??? The double width makes such a difference to the feeling in this boat- no claustrophobia ! But it can't call itself a 'narrow boat' !
This has to be the finest boat i have seen by far ....
EVERYTHING RBS sells according to this fella is 'stunning'!!
This boat is amazing.
Wide beams are like the yachts of the canals
Stunning boat
Starboard side Right! Beautiful!

Gorgeous I could live in that rather than my flat, do these boats lose value?
can you ship to the U.S.?
It's a beautiful canal boat it's like being on the Yacht Britannia
You'd be restricted to certain canals with this one.Lovely boat.
Narrow boats are seven feet or less in width.

Широкий. Не для всех каналов подойдет. (Хотя, наверно, он не для каналов строился)
You have got problem with opening cupboards
Yes I find it really annoying actually, it's like he's nosing in their shit tbh
Grow up

You forgot to mention the bath 🛁 has jets for that “jacuzzi “ effect. Wish I could buy the beauty.
The cupboards were more important
Lovely boat. Please, show more cupboards.

If you can afford this boat i don't think you would struggle for in bed entertainment if you know what i mean 🤣
only downside is the washer and dryer in the guest bedroom, which would most likely be my room since my partner snores.
Why not stick the snoring partner in the guest room? They can hardly complain if the washer is making noise while they sleep
