Been thinking about moving overseas and there is one of the places that I was considering. I was so excited that I rushed to the website only to read that it's only available to folks that live there😭 😆. I'll be anxiously awaiting to see if y'all post a video when the person is awarded the vessel
@@WidebeamandWellingtonsRichard will be disappointed, I got a couple of tickets any way.thanks for letting me know. Hope twiggy likes his new life jacket❤
Is anybody gonna want one with the forthcoming year on year hit on license fees with the CRT on its way. I have had a Gold license for 6 years and never been off the Thames , so this fortcoming renewal will be as an EA customer.
Well based on the info supplied by CRT , if I have done my maths correctly as an 11 foot widebeam my fees would be as follows if I didnt switch to an EA license. 2024. £1775.00 2025. £2237.00 2026. £2997.00 2027. £4256.00 2028. £6383.00.....Foxtrot Oscar CRT....... The narrowboats voted for this , well that's fine but when all widebeams have gone to EA rivers , guess who's picking up the tab then.
@@WidebeamandWellingtonsThey never seem to sell the minimum number of tickets and the draw gets cancelled. They seem to build a nice boat with a quick turnaround, hope they don't spoil that reputation they are starting to build.
Oh a boatfitting company that raffles their product for 3/4 times what costs them. It s a great business model, i wonder why no other boatfitter or manufacturers in general has never thought about this before... Look like an hippy as the same ethical and moral standards of a tory donor.
A very nice gesture from you both😊❤
Thank you 😊

Oh no 🙈 sorry about that what a shame! We have been invited back to film once the build is underway… exciting 😁
👌
This one has gone now but they do have ongoing raffles 😁
You get a garage. Yes.
Don’t think the garage is part of the prize lol 😂

Yes the increase is going to make it difficult for some! Their giveaway comes with a years CRT license which is great 👍 😁

That is absolutely crazy and unaffordable for most I would think! 😢
A raffle for a boat that doesn't exist yet? Boat raffles are nothing new, one where somebody ends up with a boat might be.😂
That is very true, there are often many at boat shows etc. Jason did say one hadn’t been won as yet and his will be the first! 👍😁

They are very genuine and nice people and have been on the water themselves for many years, we’re looking forward to going back to film the build 🤞

The winners were very happy with their win, think there are a lot of raffles for campa vans but not so many for boats 😁
