    I'm 2 years late to the party but this is EXACTLY the kind of radish kimchi recipe I was looking for! Looks very simple ingredient wise but you know it's gonna be DELICIOUS. And that's how every recipe should be!

    Love crunchy radish kimchi. I add in old kimchi juice from previous batches for my kimchi making 2.

    Do we need to keep it in fridge or at room temperature?
