    good evening and congratulations for the channel. Can I substitute salted shrimp with fish sauce or some other ingredient?

      Hi Palandro Marco! Thanks. Yes you may substitute it to any fish sauce. Add small amount and adjust it to your taste.

    To make this vegan, should we do anything else besides omitting the fish sauce?

      A few drops of light soy sauce brings more flavor but if you have nice white radish in season salt would be good too!
