DUDE!! EPIC!! Those look so delicious!
This is the first video I've seen with "Mrs. MI gardener". She is so sweet! She seems so kind and loving.
It always makes me happy when i get a MIgardener notification. Especially when it is a harvest video.
I'm also in Michigan and was very fortunate to have a peach tree planted in my yard when I moved in. It is 5 years old now, about 12 feet tall, and producing around 80 peaches this year, soon to be ripe. Last year they were incredibly delicious. Very hard to find similar in the stores, just like any other produce.
Your videos bring warmth feelings .Great to see couples sharing a common interest.Stay strong.
I got 2 peach trees I started from seed on their second year and just sprayed them with cold pressed neem oil it’s the only thing I trust right now
from my experience (I live in San Francisco) peach trees generally grow well until they start fruiting. I have 3 white peach trees grown from seed and they had bright green leaves and no signs of disease or anything for 4-5 years. But when they started flowering/fruiting they started to get leaf curl.
First time I heard of peach cobbler dish, but very nice video of ripened peaches being picked...
Bravo! Your videos are a visual feast, my friend. Your attention to detail and the way you bring narratives to life are truly remarkable. And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
You know what, I said to myself as the peaches were being picked, "They can make some decent peach cobblers with that many fruits", and what does she say, Peach cobbler!! Great minds and all... :D
I just can't wait to have a yard once again. That is awesome production for that size tree.
Beautiful harvest! I can almost smell them!
Congratulations on a great harvest you guys!!!
Love your videos. Got me excited to grow again with your 87 year old red crimson. I do have to say though, growing in a suburban environment has proved different for my fruit trees than at my family farm. At my family farm, our neighbors leave old trees up that bring coddling moth. They don't care if they get a harvest. I can do how you do at my suburban house and get a full fruiting but your assertion that fruit trees can keep pests out from laying in blossom is spurious at best. Your message should only be for suburban growers as in agricultural areas the pests are attuned to super healthy trees. Love your channel .
Awesome harvest of those peaches 🍑 we just planted our peach tree earlier this spring and went out tonight and actually saw little peaches all over this tree starting! I hope we are able to keep it all healthy and happy till harvest time!
It’s exciting!
Beautiful peaches... would Mrs gardener share her peach cobbler recipe?
My Peach Tree is organic too. And I was so blessed last year all my 3 trees are full of fruits, sweet and juicy.
How exciting!! Sindy, can you do a video and the recipe of your special cobbler?
I had a 86 trees i watered with 5 gallon bucket for 2 years

My favorite 5 variety peach tree had a branch that had 4 pound peaches
I love peach cobbler it’s probably one of my favorite. I planted a pear tree black berries and raspberries this year next year I’m going to do a peach, banana and avocado.
Hey ...you know you can make thee best tasting peach jelly with thee peels. The recipe just calls for the peels. Its awsome.
Wow I watch you plant that little tree nice.
That is wonderful!
I live in NC mountains I don't think many of any around where I live grow any peaches. Surely if you can grow them like that in MI, we could grow them here.We are over 3,000 ft up and usually get our peaches from SC.Thanks alot, now my mouth is watering...Beautiful peaches!!
You guys are adorable! I live in Michigan and next year, I too will have a peach tree!
You are awesome too buddy.
Holy cow! I was going to order two trees but then I saw how many peaches just one tree produces
Ahhhhhhh I love peach soooo much!!!!!!!!
You guys are absolutely adorable!
I've been wanting to try a peach tree but everybody has been discouraging me with all the stories about how difficult they are to get a crop from. Loved the encouragement from your video.
those peachs look great but they a very small .next spring try taking every other bud off this will give you less peaches but larger with same taste.
I still love that you are in Michigan. It's helping me prepare for a small garden in my apartment in Ann Arbor. Also let's face it Michigan peaches, cherries, and blueberries are the best so those are going to be AWESOME peaches and I'm jealous and want some of your peaches lol.
I watched ur videos in one go guys.
You guys are so cute. Beautiful peaches. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your video. Congratulations on that peach tree
wow what a harvest that was a good tree well enjoy your peach cobbler because I well be enjoying it on the other end just thinking about it
Nice peach harvest !!
Great update congrats on another great harvest!!!
That's awesome!
lol she is ! love her! very nice peaches !
My peach trees have been in the ground for 3 years. We spray NOTHING on them. No disease, no pest issues. It IS possible. Granted, some growing conditions are going to be more difficult than others. But it is absolutely possible to grow a 100% organic orchard and have great results. We made a lot of peach crisp and put a ton of peaches in the freezer.
Nice peaches i have same peach plants in my garden they are now at flowering stage.
Thank you
Red havens...The best peaches in the world. My opinion.
Having low humidity surely helps.
The peaches song is playing in my head
Wow....been watching your video's all day! Been subscribed for a while but just felt I needed to comment. Plus I just ordered my first pak of Trifecta + yesterday and can't wait to get it in my garden on plants that have been established but need some kick for the rest of the season. Good growing you guys!
Peach tea! Yummy!
Great job!
My trees had disease from the time they were bought but i didn’t know it. 13 years later, I’m finally getting a harvest, but 1/2 of them have brown rot(now that i know what that is! ) Yes, i will spray from now on, unapologetically!
I'm from Southern Michigan and I just bought 2 beautiful Peach trees! I also hope I can grow these organically! Have you noticed since you guys made this video that you had to start spraying or are your trees still doing fine without pesticides? Any information on this will be helpful, ty for your video!
Nice harvest!
You guys are amazing ❤️I just found your channel and you are the best gardener
Loved this video with you both.
Keep em comming!!!
That is an amazing harvest.
great couple “ wonderful garden...
I can see peach jam, peaches & cream, peach ice cream, I'm a peach lover, yummy. Larry
I'm so jealous you can grow peaches! I'm too far north! Those look delicious!!!
Your garden seems a bit more organized than mine. In about 6 square feet I have corn, lettuce, basil, tobacco, tomatoes, radishes, and parsley growing.
Very Nice peaches! I love peaches!!
Do have tips how to grow peaches?
Brown rot got most of mine.
very good
Where do I find your Peach growing guide I've had peach trees in my front yard for 3 years now they did amazing the first year the second year they did horrible with no peaches this year the trees are about 10 ft tall with no peaches but they look amazing.
Wow! Can't wait till next year to plant an equilvilent of and orchard to offset my fruit bill.
This really is a great way to cut your food bill. One tree produced over $50 in peaches in its first year, and in total we got around $65 worth of peaches. Our apples and pears will fruit next year, our strawberries will fruit next year, so will our fig, pomegranate, and brambles.
MIgardener | Simple Organic Gardening & Sustainable Living I live in Michigan....how is it possible to grow pomegranate, fig and other warm weather trees???
Even my eyes are watering .....
All my fruit trees are organic, the only bad news is the squirrels love them, too! ☹️
Txnative7 haha, well they have to eat too, as long as they don't take all your fruit.
they love my apples as well. i have a bigger tree so they leave some for us as well but i totally get where your coming from. If you have a smaller tree try wrapping the whole thing in tulle. I use a dark green color so it blends in better. Its pretty inexpensive. If you live up north Pat Catan's is going out of business and has got a great sale on tulle. If not its pretty cheap in general.
Good job biti
Not to rain on your parade but a tree full of perfect organic peaches is like a unicorn, rarely seen. Maybe the pests were on vacation this year. They'll be back next year, twice as hungry!!!
So nice
Yummm! can you share your peach receipts please!
impressive.just started with 3 peach trees.one is about same as yours .other twos are not too good in shape.2foot tall
Gorgeous peaches....will you be sharing your peach cobbler recipe?
mines a red haven and i planted it a year ago
yum
I grow No Spray Peaches for Farmers' Markets, and everything he saying is true. The more healthy a tree is the more damage can be done by borers and such. I lose about 10% of trees but 90% do very well and produce for years! I also DONT prune either, unless it is dead branches, or branches out of control, so very light pruning seems to keep the tree healthier in my experience. Letting Green Onions and Garlic grow around the trunks seems to help keep the borers away. BIG ORCHARDIST who have Orchards around all the other large Orchards are the ones that NEED to spray since diseases and pests all spread from field to field. Small Farms and Urban growers do not since they are a mix of plants and such to confuse pests.
When getting a new peach tree, when do you start seeing peaches?
Interesting...!
Y'all are so cute! Congrats on all those peaches! :)
Hi so beautiful and delicious looking peaches so can u please explain how we can grow peaches in large huge pots.??
I have a family of six. Looks like I'm going to be growing my peaches nonorganically. It's sad, but I'd rather have a *lot* of fresh peaches instead of a snack. I'll be sure to wear PPE and use a tent so I don't get any of the chemicals on my organic stuff. I just got my first peach tree. I'm planning on buying at least one more in Winter. I'll give organic a try and see how it goes for a couple of seasons, maybe. My tree is 2 and should fruit next spring.
I'm also in FL not MI. Some things are easier and some are added challenges.
it is so interestiing one tree has arlot of fruits
Wow, that tree was really full. They look beautiful :-)
Actually did you know that the weight on the tree from the peaches and the stress on the stem thickens the trunk . My grandfather grew peach trees in Hawaii on the big island. And the first. Ten years he would let the peaches just fall to the ground and rot and the worms eat the fruit and turn it into stronger nutrients today they are all so beautiful productive and delicious
As an organic gardener what would you do if you found peach tree borers eating the trunk? You know at the base if you found the sap oozing out?
GOD bless you
lansing mi here, frost got my 2 apple and my 1 peach tree flowers no fruit
Yum yum cravings Like umami
FANTÁSTICO 👏👍
These trees are in their first year aren't they?
Amazing! Our peach trees here down under, no matter what you do or how you look after them, get fruit fly real bad! Fruit fly causes so disappointment here on the east coast of Australia-they destroy tons of fruit!
Would love to see preserving recipes-for your stone fruits, beets etc-if you don't want to put them up here, what about breathing more life into Micasa Vlogs?
I’ve been very serious about organic gardening for many years but I thought that fruit trees were bound to have bugs and diseases without at least using dormant oil or something. Thank you for clarifying what I suspected….that healthy plants can fight these things without intervention, other than regular organic support of lots of compost, etc. I almost killed a peach tree by trying to spray it with something (I think that’s what did it) it died down to the rootstock so the rootstock grew but I think the graft died and it’s now a wild monster of a tree with Little Rock hard green peaches that are so far inedible.
I could smell the peaches through my phone 😭💕💕
Wow eat the beach fruits
I love apple's
I'm so sad. I have a dwarf peach tree and it fruited the first time this year (planted in November of 2014) and the fruit didn't get past the size of a golf ball and are still green (it's August 8th and I'm just below you in Northwest Indiana). So disappointed. Also, my apple trees didn't blossom either. It sucks to not know what you're doing. :(
We love this tree an south Saudi
Need to have some Kids to eat the peaches!
น่ากิน😍😍😍😍😍
That’s a lot of peaches!! Love it! How old was the tree at this time? I can’t wait till my trees are planted and start growing! 🥳
We use them as pig food in my home town
W-O-W!!!!
I got a peach tree on clearance from Walmart for $12. I placed it in a large container and put in my back yard. Didn't do much with it but I harvested around 25 very large peaches off my small tree. It was amazing!
