Hey, I got it from someone called Sebastian vulco, from mainland Europe (before brexit). I think it originally came from Vladamir rocco. Best to check the European fig Facebook group for people selling cuttings in Winter.
@@hopeitgrows2892 "verdino del nord" is an italian name (it means "the little green from the north" 😂) so maybe you can easily find that name on italian sites.
Your voice and mic quality are spectacular, sir!
Looks spectacular. I wasn't going to bother with this variety but you've changed my mind!
Haha, thats awesome, would be cool to see how it fares in Ireland! Could maybe trade a few cuttings or something 🌿
What is the variety?
Verdino del nord 😊🌿

@@hopeitgrows2892 thanks for letting me know! Seems to me very difficult to import specific variety of fruit trees from the EU since Brexit...
Yeah definitely. If you are on UK Fig growers FB group, people may have cuttings on there in winter too.
Do you sell cuttings or air layer?
Where did you get this from? i can't find anyone selling it.
It was from a cutting from someone on a Facebook group for people who are into figs, in the UK.
Ah, guess i won't be getting that variety then @@hopeitgrows2892
The group is called UK fig growers.
In the autumn and winter, people generally sell and exchange cuttings 🙌
Is this verdino del nord or the real figoin
Sold as verdino del nord by someone in Europe. 😊
