While I respectfully disagree that IceCap is a forgettable Zone, I will agree that the Final IceCap track is incredibly overrated. The song in its original form from the 80's is an absolute bop but the in game version is just a mediocre version of that song. On top of that it's not even the best track in sonic 3 as there is still plenty of other tracks that surpass Final IceCap, both from the proto ost and final release ost.
