The Party City in Sicklerville, NJ, has someone outside holding a sign, saying 60% off. There was nothing in that store that was 60%, mostly everything was 20% off, not a really big savings.
I think that it’s because they’re normally switched over to Valentine’s Day but with the bankruptcy they are just leaving the store empty after the holidays.
Still haven’t made it there yet but from the looks of that party city there’s no need for me to rush to the one out my way. Many of Halloween costumes and birthday party stuff was bought at party city for my boys when they were little, sad to see it go.
I love the witches cauldrons. I feel soo bad party city is going out of business 😢 thanks for updating about both big lots and party city. I agree who would buy party city merchandise. Maybe Amazon or an online party shop or Walmart
tfs . . I don't know why they just don't bite the bullet and place all the Halloween merch @ 70%-75% off 🤔 . . not gonna sell at the rate they have it . . I hope the employees are getting some kind of severance pay for sticking around till doors close . . I believe whatever doesn't sell they auction it off to other companies 🤔 🖤🦇🖤
Why are you filming closing stores when you don't know how it works? That candy was moved. Those isles that look untouched, were touched. Employees merchandise and condense since full shelves sell better than near empty shelves. While maintaining a clean presentation (like that mask that belonged in Halloween that a customer just randomly hung there). Products get rearranged and pushed forward. Items get collected from all over the store and re-homed so every four foot section is one category. Those Halloween products will get pulled after the store gets rearranged so it is all together. Those empty sections were emptied for Halloween. Liquidators control the pricing. Just because it's after new years doesn't mean it immediately goes at a steep discount. Stores do it as clearance to make room for fresh products. Liquidators squeeze as much money as possible from the inventory. As for a "slow move"... Haha... No. The entire store is 10%-50% off. It just started. They are using printed discount signs because they hadn't received the official ones from the liquidator. One week and look how much effort was put in. How much empty room there is. How clean the presentation was. The staff there are doing a fantastic job according to your video.
Umm no the candy was not movers simple reference to the previous video shows the candy In the same spot if you’d watched the previous video you’d have seen that

Just tricking people to come in
I worked at a Party city that closed and what didnt sell ended up in a dumpster that was behind the building
Wow that’s just crazy !
What about the foil balloons and the packaged latex ones?
I think they're going to have the store online like bed bath & beyond 🤷🏽♀️
Maybe!
5:32 Maybe they're being shipped to liquidation sellers?,🤔
That’s a possibility
They probably just decided to just leave it as is instead of set up anything else that they normally do for Valentines Day.

They need to go ahead and get Halloween on the floor but I don’t blame the employees for doing the bar minimum at all
