I also have all the equipment and hundreds of ideas lol but following through is a constant struggle that I'm learning to get better at. I see you’re in a disappearing phase right now so I hope you’re doing okay! If you see this, I hope this motivates you in some way to create again. It’s exhausting to be this way and I wish there was a formula on how other ppl get over these (what I think are) human things,..or maybe at least if they were honest It wouldn’t be getting into the rest of our heads of WTH we are all doing so wrong… or maybe they are honest, and just different or have a different upbringing…I don’t know why for some of us even the small things are so dang hard….
I totally get what you’re saying.. it can be really exhausting. I know something that helped me a lot was a book called The Highly Sensitive Person. It made me understand why I feel everything so strongly and how to help me manage it. You're not alone ❤️
