If you disclose a felony on a job application only to find out later that it was expunged should you contact that potential employer to let them know or wait until they do a background check and see nothing on your record
Play pay close attention to the question that they ask on the job application. Some questions may ask if you have plead guilty or plead no contest while other questions just want to know if you have a conviction on your record.
Very thorough video. I applied for a job to be a police officer, they asked if you've ever been *arrested* , which I was, and charges expunged in diversion program. You still can't *not* disclose this because NCIC still shows the arrest and it will come up in a background check. I was happy to explain what it was all about though and they hired me anyway. I later decided not to pursue the opportunity because it came to my attention that ACAB. Kidding there at the end but true story aside from that.

Excellent video what if you plead no contest and you were placed on probation
