Pretty sure he’s desperately trying to avoid being formally charged which will be listed on paperwork & reported publicly. They told him they could “go forward w/what we have” meaning if he doesn’t speak they will charge him. So they’re giving him a chance to convince them he didn’t do it to overcome the probable cause that they have gathered which would prevent them from charging him if he did provide accurate info that cast credible doubt that he was involved in the crime. They’re appealing to his ego & his hope that he won’t be in the news. In reality they’re just getting him to talk before he gets a lawyer. His world is over just being charged where some criminals just get arrested without speaking & try to beat it at trial.

If they had followed up on his odd behavior with the girl who kept on reporting him, we wouldn't be here. To all those detectives/police officers crying while testifying, save your tears. That's nuts to me. Lying and cheating are on a different level than the ability to take another person's life, ethically. And to equate "morality" to the acts you mention strikes me as EXTREMELY narrow-minded. Do soldiers ordered to kill have morals? Law enforcement that uses deadly force? Wardens that administer lethal injection?
This man was a man with no moral compass or concept of good versus evil, to be sure. but to claim a liar and/or cheater is the same is utter nonsense.

Besides the cheating, almost everyone tells little white lies. Doesn't make them murderers. Speak solely for him please. He has issues. If anything the stalking and other strange behaviour points at his guilt. Like everyone says he's either a psycho or evil. This is far more common military vets getting hired by police departments and this behavior of stalking and assaulting carries on. My ex was military police and then was hired by a local PD. We dated over 20 years ago, I've moved states 2 times and he's still stalking me the restraining order doesn't work. The PD's are often confused how to proceed if you have a restraining order. Often if it's a veteran or a police officer your concerns get dismissed. Only 1 police officer tried to help me by finding my exes current residence and serving him with the restraining order in person, so he couldn't say that he didn't know. That's as far as the help went. An email to confirm that he personally handed it to my ex. 2 months ago was the last time my stalker found me he sent me a letter describing how he wanted to kill himself and "take me with him." And still the police haven't arrested him.

Usually, I don’t like Caucasian police. However, I like those two Caucasian police, because they gave him a chance to prove that he didn’t kill 16 year old Susana Morales, and he couldn’t do it.

No he did fine. He couldn’t use many of the regular techniques on a police officer. REID technique wouldn’t have worked anyway.
He took a different approach. The way they have him cornered in the room, facing the door, but another detective right there in front of him. The way they sit forward, the constant judging staring and awkward silences. It’s just a different technique.
