this is an extremely useful tutorial, I learnt this technique watching a lot of alfred scotts and your technique but there was a few things i was missing, thanks a lot

I have a question regarding rotation speed, once you bring your legs up to tuck, is there anything in particular that you should do to get that rotation? Or is it just simply tucking that will get that rotation
I mean I know that tucking gives the rotation in general, but when I do a regular backflip, I tuck but my rotation isn't good
It's the fast twitch muscles in your abs and your hips that force your legs up. Think of it more as a knee drive/kick with both legs and after you've performed that hip/knee drive up you grab your legs to tighten up into a ball to HELP increase and maintain the rotational speed. Another tip I could give is making sure you fully extend your body up after jumping to cause a stretch in your hip flexors which will aid in acting like a rubber band thus making it easier to whip your hips up into the air. And of course making sure you really throw your arms up and back as hard as you can to initiate the rotation.

Chibi u should try to do this technique on a trampoline or something soft so you can get used to it
I can do frontflips and sideflips on ground but when I try a backflip I do the technique that he is teaching (I go straight up and getting not much rotation until I grab my legs). can anyone help I want to learn a backflip the normal way first
