The bottom line is you were playing against 10 men for 30 minutes for Christ sake so STOP passing the ball back so often and have the confidence and courage to play forward, only way you're gonna score goals. We never used to see that style of football at Tranmere and we don't want to see it week in week out now. Omari Patrick is a Striker end of! He's wasted anywhere else. As far as I'm concerned there is nothing wrong with the squad, maybe try playing around with Regan and Josh's Davidsons position's but definitely not dropping them. It's early doors so lets get it sorted NOW and progress forward. Today is finished, done! so please don't waste two days discussing it next week,Colchester is another day, move on, train well, go there with confidence and don't over complicate things.

Tough loss today, 3-0 to Gillingham. It hurts, especially when you see the team giving their all. Hopefully, we can bounce back stronger next game! #SWA
Davison is poor, midfield is meh. Took us over half an hour to get a proper shot at goal. Lose 3-0 to ten men. Drop hendry too. Patrick should be a striker, he will do more than Davison will ever do

Some of the Tranmere players aren't good enough to secure a high league position. We probably more League One quality players or higher.

Sorry Nigel Patrick should not have been taken off, and bringing Dennis on was a total waste he has had more than enough time to prove himself and done nothing. You need to look at how corners are taken because they are so predictable, need to give khan a start he looked very good when he came on.
Let’s not make a habit of playing like that not good enough win next game all forgiven swa.

There is an issue here over Omari Patrick that really needs to be reviewed by Adkins. Omari is a good player and can score yet our actual strikers seem indifferent. As some have said, why not put Omari as our striker and when Josh Hawkes returns Josh can play in his usual left sided role, with the possibility of Saunders playing on the right of Patrick. I think we lost yesterday in part because of Patrick coming off but also because the substitutions had unbalanced the team. So many forward players on the field and a slightly decimated midfield... little wonder Gillingham could break...who was there to stop them. Adkins decisions so he should own them for this result. Hopefully lessons learnt and be more professional in our game management next Saturday ?

Why oh why did Nigel Adkins bring in Josh Davidson the player is suppose to be striker but doesn't seem to know where the goal is, also he thinks to much of himself & thinks he is better then he real is. I have never ever manager a football team in my life but I think I could do a better job then what Nigel Adkins is doing right now! I think come Monday morning Nigel Adkins should get a long to spec savers & get some new glasses because he just cannot seem to see how good Omari Patrick would be upfront for Tranmere, he needs to build the team around him, I am sure with some of the good players we have we can build a good team that can go out & give 100% every game. Dennis is supposed to be a fox in the box,but he was the one putting the ball in the box,Davison is not a lone striker,but he does try,Harvey runs his heart out but there's no end product,that said,you could tell we hadn't played for a couple of weeks and to say get rid of Adkins is just pathetic and childish

@@waynefranks2321 Josh Davison a fox now that made me laugh, he is crap & a better player then him should of been brought in, also it is not strikers we need, we need a really cracking midfield player. Maybe in your eyes it is pathetic & childish, will you be saying that at the end of the season when we are once again fighting to stay in the league. The thing is Adkins really isn't up to the job, he cannot get his players playing is a style & way that's going to makes the teams they come up against scared to be facing them! All Adkins does is moan, not good enough players, players are injured, excuses excuses, he knew when he took the job it was never going to be easy but moaning about it is not going to help, he needs to suck up & get on with sorting it!
@@cxsmeticzz322 But the choice of strikers comes down to the manager & his backroom staff, if they cannot get what they need from the players they have been brought in, then give the job to someone who knows what they are doing & get players who are proud to be wearing the Tranmere shirt & are going to give 100% every time they step on the field of play.
@@cxsmeticzz322 I think the issues with players comes down to a lot of players being on short contracts, these players know it's a regular cash coming in each month, they are not there to improve or help Tranmere, yes some give 100% but a lot don't because they know at the end of the season there is a good chance they be out the door & will go off to another low league team on yet another short contract. What Tranmere need to do is spend the money they have for players wisely bring in the right players, give them a decent contract, give them a reason for being at Tranmere, also there is some really good free players out there at the end of each season, give some of them a chance because maybe that's all they need!
Haven't we heard all this kind of talk nearly every season now, it really is just not good enough, Nigel Adkins talks the talk but that all it is, he has been allowed to bring players in, some look good, some are just joke & should not be wearing the Tranmere Shirt! I think Nigel Adkins needs to go, what is needed now is a manager who not had any attachment of any kind to Tranmere, a manager who can bring something different to the table because if Mark Palios doesn't get off his backside & do something to put this right then come next season we will find Tranmere back in non league football with no way back this time! Never heard so much bollocks in my life. I’d rather get beat 3-0 chasing the game than just roll over and get beat 1-0. Apart from today we have looked solid defensively. No chance we will get relegated, plenty more teams worse than us so stop talking 💩
