Custom Rifle Build and testing: Defiance, Proof, & Manner’s 6.5 Creedmoor Build

I built a custom 6.5 Creedmoor and achieved sub-half MOA accuracy right out of the box. The Defiance Tenacity action runs amazingly smooth and accepts drop in Proof Research barrels. Area 419 assembled the Defiance Action and Proof barrel together and provided an area 419 brake. I installed the barreled action on the Manner's EH Stock, MDT bottom metal, and I went with a two stage Trigger Tech Diamond trigger. The rifle in 6.5 CM performed above expectations and consistently grouped less than 1/2 MOA.

Nice rifle. My self I'm thinking on doing a 300 prc I have the defiance deviant long action already it is a lot of money like you said.

Stock has same features as Sako Carbon Wolf which I own in 6,5CM

Love the Defiance Tenacity. I have a couple Proof barrels, and a Bartlein for the Tenacity, but with an MDT chassis. Looks sweet, and no need for all the glass work. Similar results as yours.
Interestingly, my most accurate out of the box rifle at 100 yards is a semi-auto 556 Anderson RF85 bull barrel, using Browning tipped ammo. Bugholes every outing.

Just an Awesome rig!!! That's alotta rifle for 6.5CM. I shoot 1 hole with 5 rds @ 100yds with my Ruger Prec. 6.5CM. Maybe re-cut that BEAST it for 26 Nosler.

I understand why people spend 4 to 5 grand for a custom rifles. I would not, but I for example spent more than 6 grand for my custom built computer. It is a choice. It is what makes you happy.

Have you had any problems with your Diamond 2 Stage Trigger.
I have a Defiance ANTI-X action and I have already had to send 2 of these triggers back to Trigger tech due to them failing after multiple rounds.
Try dry firing your rifle 40 times in a roll non stop to see if your trigger fails. Both of my 2 stage Diamond triggers could not do that. Lmk what you find out plz.

What is the balance like on this rifle with that comp contour? I’m considering a like build and using the heavy steel for training/team comps and a carbon for hunting.
