Sir your class was amazing and I am studying this course and I am second year class . I was studying biomechanics subject I can relate so topics occurred them . In this suppot the exercise has stabilized the calf muscles
Thank you so much for your kind words! Wish you all the best with your studies!
Can we classify MTSS as a bone stress injury though? Using warten et al as a reference it seems like we're putting MTSS in the BSI bucket. I'm curious as to how that is.
Hi! Yes I would probably agree with that, as it is a Bone Stress Injury even if it is a mild form. We are not saying that it is fractured, but the bone is certainly stressed with MTSS
Hey Khalid! I'm an actor in a West End show that wears a knee brace during the show. Would love a breakdown of what different braces from Medi or Donjoy actually do. I can feel the support... but would be good to understand which brace is good for which situation.
We are also lucky enough to have a free physio session once a fortnight (most shows have something similar), but generally we use this time for vocal work (though dancers have other priorities!). Anyhows, love the channel and keep it up 👍
😊
