Um do you not know how it works? There is a gap between the fenders body and front bumper for that EXACT reason, they are meant to flex so it doesn't damage the fenders or bumper, the fender and bumper "dislocating" is the bumper flexing around, if it was attached like other trucks example toyota I bet you, do that a few times and they would snap apart.
