Hello I am returning back to my job after giving birth and the covid pandemic, can I still apply. I have not had income in about a year, but I been at my job for a while

I would encourage you to still apply. Over the course of the program you will need to save up enough for closing costs however.

I really want to get started doing this but it seems like you need excellent credit or near excellent credit, and I'm not sure but just out of curiosity, can white people do this to? Or is this a thing only black families can do because I have not seen any white families do this before or in the video?
