Great tutorial and great app, just wondering regarding MIDI, when controlling external instruments in standalone mode (no AUM), how can we chose the target MIDI channel ? Actually even with AUM using the MIDI Channel filter, it always sends to channel 1.
@ I did look both in the top left menu and the button representing a MIDI DIN port on the bottom. You can set many things like CC mode, aftertouch, you can choose the MIDI port but there is no place to choose the channel. I do see in the manual that the MIDI channel selection should be in that menu on the top left /Settings submenu, but the item doesn’t appear for me. I have another item on the bottom of it called “Drum Mapping” instead (which isn’t in the manual) That’s why I also tried through AUM with the channel filter but it looks like as it says it is a filter and not a router so it just filters MIDIStep when I open only other channels.
Just better and better Paul, can’t wait to get my studio back together and play with this.
Loving all the randomization options with the dice + now the coinflip.. Fun factor has been elevated.. thanks Paul..
Thanks Paul for some great new features.
Wonderful astonishing performance possibilities 🤩
This is fantastic. The enhancements and new features take it to the next level for sure. This was a classic masterclass episode. Loved every minute.
The transpose function to different key is the best feature had to buy then amazing.
Oh this update is tremendous! The midi drag & drop is ACE! Thanks for your work on this Paul!

Glad you like the app! Take a look at the Settings menu, there is an option there to set an output MIDI channel.

Haha ok forget this 😅 I just realized the settings menu was… scrollable 🤣
I spy a Loopy Beta Tester. Great sequencer Paul. Hi David. Any Chance for SLIDES for bass lines etc?
Yeah, we are working on adding pitch bend to version 1.05!
