#5 - Piper M600/SLS
In 2015, Piper introduced the M600, as an upgrade to the M500. It received its FAA certification on June 18, 2016. Between June 2016 and March 2018, 50 were delivered, mostly in the U.S. and mostly are owner-flown. When Piper introduced the M600, we exceeded industry expectations for performance and operational ease in a single-engine pressurized turboprop. #4 - Pilatus PC-12NGX
The Pilatus PC-12 is a single-engine turboprop passenger and cargo aircraft manufactured by Pilatus Aircraft of Switzerland. The main market for the aircraft is corporate transport and regional airliner operators. The PC-12 is the best-selling pressurized single-engine turbine-powered aircraft in the world. The cabins of PC-12 Around the world is inspired in part by the famous car manufacturer BMW. Pilatus says "Together with BMW Designworks we are pleased to offer the most comfortable and modern cabin experience ever in the PC-12 NGX" which is too inspired by Pilatus' own business jet the PC-24.
#3 - Evolution Turbine EVOT-850
The Lancair Evolution is an American pressurized, low wing, four-place, single engine light aircraft, made from carbon fiber composite, developed by Lancair and supplied as an amateur-built kit by Evolution Aircraft. The Evolution can be powered by a Lycoming piston engine or a Pratt & Whitney PT6 engine.

Next, The Epic E1000 GX is an American single-engine, six-seat, turboprop light aircraft under development by Epic Aircraft of Bend, Oregon. Epics aim was that the E1000 GX will be the fastest single-engine civil aircraft at its time of introduction. On Epic Aircraft official website this is how they describe the aircraft From urban city center to remote backcountry airstrips, the versatile E1000 GX provides access to more airports than any other aircraft in its class. The 333 kts, 4,000 fps climb rate, and 34k max ceiling for the Epic are truly amazing numbers (and it costs less than the Pilatus), but I also like the Pilatus' rugged landing gear and the fact that it has an toilet. And I think both the TBM 940 and the Pilatus now have fadec engine controls which eliminates a lot of work for the pilot. What nice turboprops!

I was always rooting for the Epic, they had a very rocking beginnings.
All 5 are great aircrafts, you would have to pick the aircraft that best fits your needs. But, the PC-12 is probably the best overall
The PC12 is a great aircraft for alot of different weather conditions but speed wise the TBM would leave her far behind
@@flysmitty7035 Not far behind. 40KTS is not that much difference especially on shorter trips.
@@jtv702 does definitely make a difference for cross country flights though.
@@jtv702 It's almost 14% faster and at 31000 feet it represents a lot of distance per hour flown.

To own any would be incredible. Epic has some really sleek lines, TBM has always been a favorite, and the Pilatus looks amazing. Choices!!! ugh, lol

That climb rate really is a difference maker - getting to cruise altitude much quicker reduces flight time and fuel burn.

All of these aircraft are amazing. The Epic is a very fast airplane. The PC-12 is the roomiest for passengers, the most modular and has the most utility of any aircraft here, as well as the only plane here with an onboard lavatory. I love to go fast, but I also like a plane that does more than just go fast, for me, it's the PC-12.

@@j.muckafignotti4226 but the only plane that can be consider different mission is the PC-12, the Epic and TBM 940/960 até speed machines I would choose the TBM because of the fuel economy and longer range, but the EPIC is not far behind

Hard choice to make. They are all great aircrafts.
Epic is the choice, no other aircraft looks as sexy as the Epic.
Yes. It has a sleeker look to it. It has a more compact look to it. I like how the front nose has a shorter look to it.
No shitter in the epic....the tbm has flap design for short runways.its all about the specifics of what you'd want.the cabin design is roomier on the epic and of course the epic is faster. Best all around is the pc-12.
@@anewrnn If you need ability to haul cargo/people PC-12 is the way to go. Still has plenty of performance. But if you are all about A to B as fast as possible and the Epic has enough room - seems like a good choice. The Epic is already being adopted for some organ transplant runs because it can get into just about any airport and it is as fast as most very light jets.

I couldn't help thinking that if you have several people on an airplane for several hours somebody is going to need to go to the bathroom. Do the pilots have to stop every 3 hours for bathroom breaks. Or do they have bathrooms that the narrator just didn't mention?

I think the TBM 960 has an edge on the EPIC, more technology better resale value, better range and better fuel economy but that’s my opinion

You can get a Honda Jet for the price of a PC-12, Honda Jet all day!
Honda Jet will cost significantly more to operate and simply to own and maintain.
Correct the pc12 will carry significantly more load also
The lancair lx7 turbo / lancair evolution is a kit plane engine with 750 hp while weighting half if the epic. Cruise speed around 350 mph

The Evolution Aircraft is already out of business following a series of high profile fatal crashes which made the Evolution uninsurable.
I'm not sure they went completely out of business...last report shows they were trying to look for an investor... but that was over a year ago. No news from them since... so they very well could be out of business.
