  • In this video, we'll walk you through the steps we use to assess Denise to see how to best help her with headaches from a tight neck and shoulders. She's been sick quite often in the past few months so the coughing and antibiotics have aggravated how her muscles should be working.
If you have had the bad coughing from a respiratory infection and now have headaches or a tight neck, then this video is for you! We'll share our strategy for assessing movement disrupters, and how we use the Bridging Technique to get you quickly get your muscles moving again so there is less stress and pain.
In this video, I'm sharing with you two things--assessing how different micromovement flows in the body impact the body's limbs and core, and how we support, guide and reset the movements using the Bridging Technique. Thanks for watching!
Some questions we hoped to answer:
How was her body impacted from coughing and being sick?
How does movement flow easily to allow head and core movement?
We assessed the ease of how her muscles work together in specific interconnections. Boy were her shoulders and neck stuck! Check out what we found, and how it changed.
