I attempted The Snow Witch Ranni's secret mentor.
She is the one who is said to have been the model for the doll to which Ranni transferred her soul.
Of course, she has not appeared in the game, so this is my own interpretation.

What base template you choose?
The template is WARRIOR. But no matter which template you start with, the result is the same.
The face is not the same as in the video.
In most cases you have failed to copy the slider. In Eldenring, just one different slider can change the results dramatically. Please review your slider again.
Also, please note that Eldenring characters can look very different depending on the light source. (Although I make every effort to make them look as good as possible anywhere in the game...).
Are you using a mod?
Screenshots were taken using photomode mod, but no other mods, reshades, filters, or image processing were used. In other words, the screenshots are vanilla graphics.
