Personally, I’d make the staff bots do one of two things when they jumpscare you. Either they increase the phase of another animatronic (for example, moving Freddy closer to the door) or they increase the ai level of a random active character. This amount could be determined by their ai level. If nobody else is active, they’ll activate a random glamrock and instantly set their ai to 10.
@ I’m guessing you mean if they’re all on max ai level, in which case they would temporarily shorten the move timer of a random character, making them attack faster

Actually, that could be a function as well: If both of them are in the kitchen, they’ll fight, and if you don’t pacify or distract one of them, they’ll both kill you. (Or try to.)
What about for MXES? Maybe, if you're in the office for two long, then MXES will appear and force you to flip up the camera. It's almost like a reverse Golden Freddy. That could really mess with 50/20. Alternatively, if you want to have more uses for the VANNI mask, maybe MXES would occasionally stop you from using the mask, VANNI mask, and/or the cameras until you flash him with your light.
I Personaly think we could take their Mechanic Deactivating the Vanni Mask meaning you cant use the Mask. Basically another version of the old man from fnaf world
@@jerakaigamez I think M.X.E.S. could be a real threat if he permanently disables your cameras (as in, you can't even access them) unless you turn him off (only possible when you put on a vanny mask, also giving a generous time frame to deactivate him). Either that or he turns off your power and you have to complete a puzzle (like in ruin) to turn it back on Also, DJ Music Man shouldn't kill you directly, but either force a jumpscare from regular Music Man or break one of the utilities (vent snare, power generator, GMB, etc.) Note: this is just a re-post
a lot of these changes seem to be based on the concept of "harder for the sake of being harder" which is not a good way to design them and gets dangerously close to BS territory. we don't want players ragequitting. Roxy: she essentially works similar to Rockstar Freddy, but is more aggressive. instead of giving her coins, you have to stare at her for a randomized amount of seconds by putting her in the center of your screen, after which she thanks you and returns to her default state. this forces you to take attention off of the camera systems and linger on a single animatronic for several seconds. Glamrock Chica: she shares a bechanic similar to Rockstar Bonnie, and will randomly appear in your office and beg for pizza. You have to go onto the cameras and find 8 pizza slices for her. the slices are difficult to see because of their small size, but the screens they are on will flash with a "!" mark for a few frames. you only have a few seconds to find the slices (let's say 30, since you have to find 8 slices instead of one guitar like RB) before she gets mad and jumpscares you by shouting "PIIIIIZZZAAAAAAAA!" as another nod to the "chica loves pizza" meme. shattered chica: you have to lure her to your office by activating a pizza scent emitter. otherwise, she wanders the map before heading to a random room. once there, your usage will instantly shoot to max because she's digging through a mess of wires looking for garbage. activate the scent emitter on the corresponding side of the map to lure her out and to your door, which you have to close once you hear her glitchy screeching.
7:40, what if when burntrap appears you have to allow the office to heat up to a high temperature(very few animatronics with the exception of jack-o-chica, have their mechanic solely based around the office temp) and that causes him to fade out.
You could say Cassie is similar to Gregory but instead of disabling the door, she takes a chunk of your power, the amount she takes getting higher each time
for Monty, you can play with his anger issues, either keep him calm or he'll permanently destroy cameras and doors, and if he destroys enough would jumpscare the player and end the run EDIT: to make it more interesting, adding a random .00001 odd of him destroying another animatronic during his rampage, a very rare reward with the downside of he goes for the player right after, an interesting gamble to risk takers
one idea i had for monty was that he could force open the door if he's blocked by it, so instead you have to reduce the temperature, since monty is an alligator and thus cold-blooded, he can't handle cold temperatures well and he'd be too weak to break the door and kill you

I'd have Sun & Moon have a different mechanic. Sun will stand in the office similar to Rockstar Freddy, and occasionally, the lights in the office will go dark, with a view similar to the power outage in FNAF 1. When the lights go out, you will have to go to the light switch on the wall and flick it to stop Sun from turning into Moon and jumpscaring you.

I feel like for The Blob & DJ Music Man they would be there own type of challenge where they would both be a “ roof top “ character where there would be a door on the ceiling and they would both play different sound or lights depending on which character it is. For DJ Music man, there could be Disco Lights and you need to turn them off fast or open the door ceiling and shine the light in his face before it’s too late. For the Blob, A bunch of Tentacles would come from the top of the screen and if you didn’t open the door on the roof and shine the flash light fast enough you would be jumpscared.
I think a neat idea would be a whole separate tab for "boss" animatronics, where the more complicated animatronics can go and Burntrap could be apart of that tab where you have to find him on the cameras and burn him, but you also have to burn the shattered animatronics to make them leave, causing a choice between progressing the "fight" or pushing the animatronics away.
I think for Vanny, If you are playing as a spirit of William, I think that instead of putting on a separate mask, whenever she pops up, you have to not be wearing the mask or be looking in cameras. Of course she would have an audio cue and a short grace Where like she would say there you are, And then if she sees that you are William, she might even leave. But if we include Gregory, then if he is in the office, you essentially have to click on him to hide him. Like you might move him to a separate spot, and you have to do it before she actually checked the spot he's hiding in, so like she might come in from the left door and check a spot on the left side, or come in from the right door and check a spot on the right side, you just have to get him on the side away from her, whereas he also have to be careful to not let the mimick in. Of course this is basing entire character on another character party being there, so I think having your mask down and having her look for Gregory would both be interested in mechanics.

And with it on, she's not stupid enough to just see you with the mask on and think you're another animatronic, so at that point you are just a random person and guess what? She's kind of a serial killer so why not kill you?
i have an idea for vanni. because vanni spawns if you're afk in security breach, you can do the same here. if you're afk in the offic for too long, vanni will aprouch your office without sounds or visual effects, so you need to constently look at the cams to find her and shut the door on her.
For Monty, he's supposed to be the powerhouse of the security breach group right? So, he'll start banging on your doors to break them down. I'm not sure how to make him stop though.
I think that the shattered and the ruined could be part of 50/20. When XOR shows up in your office, it will trigger shattering and jumps scare noises while her song is playing. This indicates the start of what I call, “XOR’s Stand”. XOR will also be a character you go up against, where she will appear in the right duct like BB and JJ, but you must let her in and use your flashlight on her. This incorporates the player having to pay attention more like you said. For the shattered, they will appear during XOR’s Stand in place of the GlamRocks and will have the same mechanics you gave them. But here’s where things get interesting. At 3 AM, you will hear the cries of the ruined indicating their phase of the night. All they will be is harder versions of the shattered. DJMM, The Daycare Attendant, and GlamRock Freddy will also be a part of this phase, making all of them harder and giving them their ruined looks. I also think that DJMM and Mini Music Man could be exclusive characters to the FNaF SL and FNaF 6 office.
10:01 what if...mimic could mimic the other animatronics ? Like mimicing sounds ( for example, balloras music box, ennard twitching, scrap trap...thing ) but everytime he does that, theres a difference in the audio
Like Mimic is in the darkness with the eyes glow but you hear other animatronics. Kinda like Ennard in sister location also their voice lines in game over would quote the other characters like mocking Springtrap’s quote and Foxy’s singing. I could see Mimic’s moveset just be going bezerk and going for your doors, vents or whatever it wants in order to kill you. Mimic being a wild card is impossible to ignore.
I think for the S.T.A.F.F bots it'd be cool if they appeared in your office and you had to avoid touching them with your cursor, doing so would cause them to jumpscare you which would either increase your noise level or make the other animatronics from SB more active for a short time
here’s a random idea I also thought of for glam freddy; he spawns in ur room with a low power and like sb, if he runs out of power while ur in him he kill you, so you’ll have to go on different cams to recharge him before he jumpscares you. this is also kinda similar to rockstar freddy as well
I was thinking that since you forgot the M.X.E.S you could have another use of the fazwrench: If you use the vanni mask for too long (you can use the cams while having the v mask on) he activates the security nodes, that you have to deactivate with a simple puzzle, like gr freddy. He is quite slow but you only encounter him once. While the security nodes are active, you cant take the vanni mask off and it deactivates all characters while its on, it takes 50% of power every hour its on (so you cant just win the game with the vanni mask on). When you deactivate the nodes, you get a short cutscene where he gets sucked into the box and you take the vanni mask off as part of the cutscene. The nodes will show at random cameras and the puzzles will be the same as they are in the game but simpler.
3:25 your idea for glamrock chicas mechanic reminds me of Funtime chicas mechanic in help wanted 2, where you have to move the Funtime cupcake to the opposite side of the office that she is closest to, to keep her from getting to you
my own ideas (came up with these before hearing them in the video, except glamrock freddy) rockstar freddy: honestly not even sure with this one, something to do with his puzzle like suggested here could be cool. alternatively, it could have something to do with resource management, either the building's power or his own. I do have a few ideas but the one in the video is just way better and quite frankly I dont think anyone cares so im moving on. Roxanne: stays in the office, similar to nightmare bb, sometimes she will activate when lowering the camera. when she says to look at her, she will jumpscare you if you dont keep the camera down for at least 5 seconds. not a big deal for a lot of the night, but would be pretty impactful for no stalling and at the coin farming phase. Chica: will occasionally appear in the office looking for pizza, and you have a limited time to order a pizza by pressing a button on the kitchen camera. can also be distracted by a lot of noise, but she will keep coming back after a little bit until she gets pizza (which will rarely never happen on high end modes since you would die if you went to the kitchen camera) Monty: will sometimes cause a blackout (like toy bonnie, toy chica, afton, and ballora) but he doesnt make a sound until he starts banging on the door, where you have to keep it closed for 3 seconds. you can hear which side hes banging on once he starts, but by that point he will already have jumpscared you if the door was open. sun and moon: stands next to nightmare bb, at every hour, he will turn into moon and you have to flash him in time to turn him back to sun. nightmare bb will still jumpscare you if you flash him while moon is there, so you might have to flip the cam up to make nightmare bb stand first. (i like this idea, but the idea in this video is REALLY good, so id rather have that) dj music man: will sometimes reach an arm into the office, once his arm is fully inside, you have to stay on the opposite side for a few seconds or he will jumpscare you. mini music man: will wait a random amount of time, and then start crawling through the vent system. he will jumpscare you as soon as he reaches the end if you dont close the vent door on him, but his movement is very predictable, so you really only have to look at him once to know when he will attack as long as you remember how fast he is. vanny: has a very rare chance of killing you. this is a reference to how she barely appears in the game where she is the main villian (its not so rare that its pointless, but rare enough where it feels somewhat fair staff bot: sometimes appears in the office and will quickly jumpscare you if you arent wearing the mask. its difficult to put the mask on in time, but the jumpscare only causes a distraction and maybe noise (lol we had almost the same idea) glamrock endo: has a chance to jumpscare you when the camera is open, like toy freddy, the duct animatronics, and so on. holding the flashlight on him will stall him temporarily, but you may have to just take the chance if you need to save power or if you don't have time to use the flashlight on him shattered roxy: will sometimes appear in your office for a few seconds, after a brief period, she will jumpscare you if your noise meter is ever fully empty before she leaves. shattered monty: will crawl through the ducts system, picking the left or right duct at random and will keep going towards it until it reaches the opening. if he gets in the opened side he will jumpscare the player, if its the sealed side he will just go back to the start and pick a random side again. shattered chica: when you lower the camera, if she is there you have to put it up again quickly burntrap: will sometimes disable your camera, kind of like old man consequences, and a purple X will appear over the button. you have to use the heater to make him stop disabling it. ruined roxy: appears in the office. you have to hold your mouse on her for a fairly long time to make her go away, but you get the whole night to do this ruined monty: will appear frequently and start violently splashing water in through any of the doors/vents (a random one) with a loud sound cue. if too much water gets in, he will jumpscare you after a random amount of time ruined chica: her beak has a random chance to appear on a camera instead of a faz coin. collect it before the end of the night or she will jumpscare you eclipse: will sometimes brighten or darken the whole screen. (he isnt aggressive to the player in ruin) the mimic: increases the ai of all active animatronics by 1 (the idea for this in the video is another really cool one)

You forgot M.X.E.S so I just made an idea for him his box will be in the office when he’s active you have to stay in the office as much as possible as using the mask or cameras will make him get further out of his box if you fail to do this he will end your run
Alternate mechanic for the mimic, he plays a random audio cue from another character. But he only does this of they aren’t actually there. If you react to this how you would if it was actually them, you die. You fend him off by checking if the character he’s mimicking is actually at the stage they’d be at if you needed to react.
I love these, but i feel like shattered Roxy would be interesting as another sound threat, seeing as she's blind in the game. I was thinking that maybe she's sat in a room and activates if you're too loud, like Lefty. Once active, she will sprint down one of the two halls fnaf 1 style and you have to shut it. That's just my thoughts though, i don't really know game balance XD Great video! I love the daycare attendant's mechanic!
You should attempt to code UCN with every character’s mechanics as you mentioned last video, as well as the SB animatronics with the mechanics from this video
Your Roxy idea is evil, but I think mine might be just as evil. My idea was that Roxy would sit in Parts & Service, getting ready for her show. A sign shows when her show happens, and until it does, you need to regularly look at her. If you go too long without looking at her, she kills you. She’d kinda be a reverse Funtime Foxy, and considering how much difficulty he adds to 50/20, Roxy would make it so much worse
My idea for a Mimic mechanic was that he would mimic other characters mechanics (from a small list of course, not the whole roster) but slightly more aggressive
I also have an idea for the mimic what if it plays certain character sound cues, but it’s a little distorted so you actually have to pay attention if that’s actually the character or is it just the mimic
Alternate Vanny & Burntrap idea: Vanny would attempt to get to Burntrap's power station at some point in the night. If she gets to him, he'll become an extremely aggressive threat that tries to get in however he can, utilizing the doors and both sets of vents. Unlike Funtime Foxy, Vanny can attempt several times per night, and this of course isn't immediate death. As for how you deal with Vanny, the building has to be at an extremely high temperature at the right time, messing up the resurrection process. By watching her work her way through the cameras to the power station, you can tell when to turn up the heat.
DJ Music Man will be in the middle of the location off-camera. If your office is too loud, he will think a party is going on and play his music, which will set the office noise to MAX for the rest of the night. (Soundproof is the only way to stop it) It can make the giant music man have some teamwork with the music man in your office.
@@jerakaigamezI know I already commented, but here's another idea! Daycare Attendant: Sun will be crawling in the duct system towards your office. He is fooled by the audio lure 100% of the time. However, using the heater has a 40% chance to cause him to become angry and ignore the audio lure entirely, instead heading to the nearest duct opening. If that duct is closed, he'll calm down. If it is open, he will attack! If you run out of power, he will become angry again. However, he will head to the OPEN duct entrance and jumpscare you as Moon. Mini Music Man: When you hear his music coming from the top vent, shut the door to make him leave. If you are in your office during the attack, he will ignore you and turn around. If you are on the monitor, he will jumpscare you. He is nearly invisible on the vent radar and will change his route if you set a vent snare down his path. Staff Bot: There will be one in your office, deactivated. When it activates, obscure your vision with your mask or monitor. If you don't, you will get jumpscared by a random character from the roster. If the game is empty, nothing will happen.
What if the Mimic wasn't just able to copy Gregory? Maybe it can make the sounds of other characters (importantly without the visuals) like Rockstar Freddy, Molten Freddy, Rockstar Bonnie, Roxy, or Afton, and then you have a brief window to close one of the doors in order to stop it. It's there to kill you if you just rely on muscle memory in response to the sounds without thinking about the lack of visuals.
I feel like Glam Freddy would do this :there’s a low chance he would appear but if he did he would have rockstar foxys perks but with one that says “protection 10% but the bad part is that if you have your cams up when he gets there or mask on he jumscares you
Id change Vanny personally. In SB she ´´corrupts´´ Gregorys vision when shes to close. Maybe We can make it so Her Mask appearsa like Helpy and you have to click it otherwise you can´t see anything even if you dont flip up the cameras.
for an idea for shattered roxy she will rush into a door and if its closed she will break the door how she works is that if you hear running open both doors
I have an idea for Glamrock Bonnie, instead of being an enemy he's going to be an ally. When he enters the office, his presence calms down every version of Bonnie (except Vanny and Burntrap), however he will start playing the bass which will increase the noise, not all the time but from time to time. He also makes Freddy and Monty more active, if Freddy enters the office he will take Bonnie with him. If Bonnie spends enough time with you he will give you 10 Fazcoins, if he is taken by Freddy he will give you 5 Fazcoins.
I had an idea for NightmareBots : They will come from the right door shut the door or else when you open the camera system they will kill you / Basically Freddy but he comes from the other side but I think this makes sense since nobody does that and characters like Nightmare and toy Chica are Echos to others and Freddy deserves one for a simple mechanic like his and NighmareStaffbot makes sense for this(also you forgot nightmareStaffbot).
You forgot MXES so I’ll make one While using the vanny mask, he has a chance to appear, if he does, he will temporarily disable your mask(both of them). However I will also add another feature to the mask wich is that you occasionally have to fix nodes through the mask. To get rid of him just take off your mask quickly
I feel like if sun/mood was added I think a power system should be implemented where power is on in the whole building you get sun who attacks less often but you loss power or just the office is powerd no power loss but get moon who attacks more often Also if you loss power OG Freddy gets his classic power outage jumpscare just to bring that back
Vanny idea: Make her like SeaBill.exe in Tyke and Son's. She says a voiceline (would be loud enough to where there is no way you dont know she's coming) and as she gets closer, the visual effect from SB when she's close gets more intense. She is a DROP EVERYTHING character. Any character that wouldve attacked or moved while she was in the office is paused. You have to deal with everybody still active before hiding under the desk (Keybind of L). You have 20 seconds to prepare for her.
Note: She'd appear like once or twice a night. Her AI level would just decrease how much time she gives you. (At 20 you'd probably have 14 or so seconds)
Instead of trash, staffbot could be like nightmarionne for the cameras, but instead of killing, he agros an animatronic (like summoning toy Bonnie or chica or making Roxy want attention)
Imagine if there was a mimic plush(or tiger rock) and when the plush appears the mimic will follow your current camera,if you use a camera that is too close to the player he kills you
8:48 Personally, I would make broken versions of Glamrocks part of Glamrocks from 12 to 1 there would be normal glam rocks from 2 to 4 broken from SB and from 5 to 6 those from ruins
What if the mimic couldn’t instead copy every sound queue but it sounds a little distorted and like copy some animatronics with some sort of way on telling if they’re not the real one or not and that you have to do the opposite thing

Well for the Mimic in classic FNAF style i think we should put him in his own game like a boss fight. I liked yours but if i were to use him I'd like hin to, well, mimic the others. That'd be confusing but he'd copy the mechanics of other characters randomly and use their ways of defeating so you have to pay attention to what he says and how he's posing on the camera
What if you turned monty into a death coin style item, where if you pay 15 faz tokens he'll tear apart one of the animatronics that are active in the night. But the one he destroys is random.
It’d be funny if the Mimic would just copy a random animatronic, doubling that animatronic’s threat level (though it’d have to be like Ennard, Pigtach, Toy Chica or even TatG instead of like Toy Freddy or Nightmare BB).
Could you do Special Delivery characters next? I know all of them are reskins of other animatronics but with how some of them look, you could make some pretty cool mechanics. I know Ultra Custom Night uses a GPS to track them and I feel it’d be useful to include that so that the main maps don’t get too crowded
Shattered Roxy ngl should be like Springtrap in fnaf 3 - luring her as far away to office as possible. But to make this possible in UCN heres my idea: - Shattered Roxy can be lured to Puppet room by playing music box - She will ignore it and charge into your office if your noise meter is on level 2 or higher - You can lure her into puppet room also by global music box but if you play global music box when she's in Puppet room she will destroy global music box making the game much harder Also idk why Monty would be affected by fazblaster while in SB hes immune to it. He could be insted triggeres by Heat in the office for example

I have another cool idea for sun and moon, Sun will be in your office and when the reset ventilation starts making your office start turning off the light sun will turn into moon and you'll have to reset ventilation as fast as you can or you'll die

My idea for moon: If shadow Bonnie blocks out the light you will here suns scream and he will turn in to moon if you hear moon’s laughter when the room is dark you need to shut the door where you hear his laughter
Monty’s mechanic doesn’t really work in my opinion. Not gameplay wise, it could work in that regard, but I’m referring to lore wise. Monty is like the one character you can’t stun with the blaster in SB.
I always wanted sun and moon to be you have to keep flashing sun with the flashlight or camera light, if you don't for a period of time moon will jump scare you

Personally, I’d make the staff bots do one of two things when they jumpscare you.
Either they increase the phase of another animatronic (for example, moving Freddy closer to the door) or they increase the ai level of a random active character. This amount could be determined by their ai level.
If nobody else is active, they’ll activate a random glamrock and instantly set their ai to 10.

What about for MXES?
Maybe, if you're in the office for two long, then MXES will appear and force you to flip up the camera. It's almost like a reverse Golden Freddy. That could really mess with 50/20.
Alternatively, if you want to have more uses for the VANNI mask, maybe MXES would occasionally stop you from using the mask, VANNI mask, and/or the cameras until you flash him with your light.

@@jerakaigamez I think M.X.E.S. could be a real threat if he permanently disables your cameras (as in, you can't even access them) unless you turn him off (only possible when you put on a vanny mask, also giving a generous time frame to deactivate him). Either that or he turns off your power and you have to complete a puzzle (like in ruin) to turn it back on
Also, DJ Music Man shouldn't kill you directly, but either force a jumpscare from regular Music Man or break one of the utilities (vent snare, power generator, GMB, etc.)

a lot of these changes seem to be based on the concept of "harder for the sake of being harder" which is not a good way to design them and gets dangerously close to BS territory. we don't want players ragequitting.
Roxy: she essentially works similar to Rockstar Freddy, but is more aggressive. instead of giving her coins, you have to stare at her for a randomized amount of seconds by putting her in the center of your screen, after which she thanks you and returns to her default state. this forces you to take attention off of the camera systems and linger on a single animatronic for several seconds.
Glamrock Chica: she shares a bechanic similar to Rockstar Bonnie, and will randomly appear in your office and beg for pizza. You have to go onto the cameras and find 8 pizza slices for her. the slices are difficult to see because of their small size, but the screens they are on will flash with a "!" mark for a few frames. you only have a few seconds to find the slices (let's say 30, since you have to find 8 slices instead of one guitar like RB) before she gets mad and jumpscares you by shouting "PIIIIIZZZAAAAAAAA!" as another nod to the "chica loves pizza" meme.
shattered chica: you have to lure her to your office by activating a pizza scent emitter. otherwise, she wanders the map before heading to a random room. once there, your usage will instantly shoot to max because she's digging through a mess of wires looking for garbage. activate the scent emitter on the corresponding side of the map to lure her out and to your door, which you have to close once you hear her glitchy screeching.

7:40, what if when burntrap appears you have to allow the office to heat up to a high temperature(very few animatronics with the exception of jack-o-chica, have their mechanic solely based around the office temp) and that causes him to fade out.

for Monty, you can play with his anger issues, either keep him calm or he'll permanently destroy cameras and doors, and if he destroys enough would jumpscare the player and end the run
EDIT: to make it more interesting, adding a random .00001 odd of him destroying another animatronic during his rampage, a very rare reward with the downside of he goes for the player right after, an interesting gamble to risk takers

one idea i had for monty was that he could force open the door if he's blocked by it, so instead you have to reduce the temperature, since monty is an alligator and thus cold-blooded, he can't handle cold temperatures well and he'd be too weak to break the door and kill you

Roxy: if she tries to leave her stage you have to use the flash Beacon or faz cam To Get Her Back on her stage witch she will be posing on her stage
Glam rock chica: if she doesn’t Get heard in the kitchen For any pizza she will run towards you shutting the door and dumping trash on her will send her back to the kitchen
Monty: If you see his head stick out the duct’s you will have to flash him and shut the duct
Glamrock Freddy: if you don’t Let Gregory out of the supply closet then it’s game over
Sun and moon: if the daycare attendant comes towards you then you might have to shut the vent door if it’s Sun Drop then he’s allowed in if it’s Moon Drop Then he gets locked out
DJ Music man: if you hear his hand come through the hallway you have to board up the doors otherwise he will grab you and pull you out of your office
Wind up music man: if you see him on your desk then put on the mask
Burntrap: If you see his face on the camera then you have to change it to vent cams

Sun will stand in the office similar to Rockstar Freddy, and occasionally, the lights in the office will go dark, with a view similar to the power outage in FNAF 1. When the lights go out, you will have to go to the light switch on the wall and flick it to stop Sun from turning into Moon and jumpscaring you.

I feel like for The Blob & DJ Music Man they would be there own type of challenge where they would both be a “ roof top “ character where there would be a door on the ceiling and they would both play different sound or lights depending on which character it is. For DJ Music man, there could be Disco Lights and you need to turn them off fast or open the door ceiling and shine the light in his face before it’s too late. For the Blob, A bunch of Tentacles would come from the top of the screen and if you didn’t open the door on the roof and shine the flash light fast enough you would be jumpscared.

I think a neat idea would be a whole separate tab for "boss" animatronics, where the more complicated animatronics can go and Burntrap could be apart of that tab where you have to find him on the cameras and burn him, but you also have to burn the shattered animatronics to make them leave, causing a choice between progressing the "fight" or pushing the animatronics away.

I think for Vanny, If you are playing as a spirit of William, I think that instead of putting on a separate mask, whenever she pops up, you have to not be wearing the mask or be looking in cameras. Of course she would have an audio cue and a short grace Where like she would say there you are, And then if she sees that you are William, she might even leave. But if we include Gregory, then if he is in the office, you essentially have to click on him to hide him. Like you might move him to a separate spot, and you have to do it before she actually checked the spot he's hiding in, so like she might come in from the left door and check a spot on the left side, or come in from the right door and check a spot on the right side, you just have to get him on the side away from her, whereas he also have to be careful to not let the mimick in. Of course this is basing entire character on another character party being there, so I think having your mask down and having her look for Gregory would both be interested in mechanics.

And with it on, she's not stupid enough to just see you with the mask on and think you're another animatronic, so at that point you are just a random person and guess what? She's kind of a serial killer so why not kill you?
i have an idea for vanni.
because vanni spawns if you're afk in security breach, you can do the same here. if you're afk in the offic for too long, vanni will aprouch your office without sounds or visual effects, so you need to constently look at the cams to find her and shut the door on her.

I think that the shattered and the ruined could be part of 50/20. When XOR shows up in your office, it will trigger shattering and jumps scare noises while her song is playing. This indicates the start of what I call, “XOR’s Stand”. XOR will also be a character you go up against, where she will appear in the right duct like BB and JJ, but you must let her in and use your flashlight on her. This incorporates the player having to pay attention more like you said. For the shattered, they will appear during XOR’s Stand in place of the GlamRocks and will have the same mechanics you gave them. But here’s where things get interesting. At 3 AM, you will hear the cries of the ruined indicating their phase of the night. All they will be is harder versions of the shattered. DJMM, The Daycare Attendant, and GlamRock Freddy will also be a part of this phase, making all of them harder and giving them their ruined looks. I also think that DJMM and Mini Music Man could be exclusive characters to the FNaF SL and FNaF 6 office.

Like Mimic is in the darkness with the eyes glow but you hear other animatronics. Kinda like Ennard in sister location also their voice lines in game over would quote the other characters like mocking Springtrap’s quote and Foxy’s singing. I could see Mimic’s moveset just be going bezerk and going for your doors, vents or whatever it wants in order to kill you. Mimic being a wild card is impossible to ignore.

I think for the S.T.A.F.F bots it'd be cool if they appeared in your office and you had to avoid touching them with your cursor, doing so would cause them to jumpscare you which would either increase your noise level or make the other animatronics from SB more active for a short time

here’s a random idea I also thought of for glam freddy; he spawns in ur room with a low power and like sb, if he runs out of power while ur in him he kill you, so you’ll have to go on different cams to recharge him before he jumpscares you. this is also kinda similar to rockstar freddy as well

I was thinking that since you forgot the M.X.E.S you could have another use of the fazwrench: If you use the vanni mask for too long (you can use the cams while having the v mask on) he activates the security nodes, that you have to deactivate with a simple puzzle, like gr freddy. He is quite slow but you only encounter him once. While the security nodes are active, you cant take the vanni mask off and it deactivates all characters while its on, it takes 50% of power every hour its on (so you cant just win the game with the vanni mask on). When you deactivate the nodes, you get a short cutscene where he gets sucked into the box and you take the vanni mask off as part of the cutscene. The nodes will show at random cameras and the puzzles will be the same as they are in the game but simpler.
My idea for the mimic is that it copies a random character every hour
3:25 your idea for glamrock chicas mechanic reminds me of Funtime chicas mechanic in help wanted 2, where you have to move the Funtime cupcake to the opposite side of the office that she is closest to, to keep her from getting to you

my own ideas (came up with these before hearing them in the video, except glamrock freddy)
rockstar freddy: honestly not even sure with this one, something to do with his puzzle like suggested here could be cool. alternatively, it could have something to do with resource management, either the building's power or his own. I do have a few ideas but the one in the video is just way better and quite frankly I dont think anyone cares so im moving on.
Roxanne: stays in the office, similar to nightmare bb, sometimes she will activate when lowering the camera. when she says to look at her, she will jumpscare you if you dont keep the camera down for at least 5 seconds. not a big deal for a lot of the night, but would be pretty impactful for no stalling and at the coin farming phase.
Chica: will occasionally appear in the office looking for pizza, and you have a limited time to order a pizza by pressing a button on the kitchen camera. can also be distracted by a lot of noise, but she will keep coming back after a little bit until she gets pizza (which will rarely never happen on high end modes since you would die if you went to the kitchen camera)
Monty: will sometimes cause a blackout (like toy bonnie, toy chica, afton, and ballora) but he doesnt make a sound until he starts banging on the door, where you have to keep it closed for 3 seconds. you can hear which side hes banging on once he starts, but by that point he will already have jumpscared you if the door was open.
sun and moon: stands next to nightmare bb, at every hour, he will turn into moon and you have to flash him in time to turn him back to sun. nightmare bb will still jumpscare you if you flash him while moon is there, so you might have to flip the cam up to make nightmare bb stand first. (i like this idea, but the idea in this video is REALLY good, so id rather have that)
dj music man: will sometimes reach an arm into the office, once his arm is fully inside, you have to stay on the opposite side for a few seconds or he will jumpscare you.
mini music man: will wait a random amount of time, and then start crawling through the vent system. he will jumpscare you as soon as he reaches the end if you dont close the vent door on him, but his movement is very predictable, so you really only have to look at him once to know when he will attack as long as you remember how fast he is.
vanny: has a very rare chance of killing you. this is a reference to how she barely appears in the game where she is the main villian (its not so rare that its pointless, but rare enough where it feels somewhat fair
staff bot: sometimes appears in the office and will quickly jumpscare you if you arent wearing the mask. its difficult to put the mask on in time, but the jumpscare only causes a distraction and maybe noise (lol we had almost the same idea)
glamrock endo: has a chance to jumpscare you when the camera is open, like toy freddy, the duct animatronics, and so on. holding the flashlight on him will stall him temporarily, but you may have to just take the chance if you need to save power or if you don't have time to use the flashlight on him
shattered roxy: will sometimes appear in your office for a few seconds, after a brief period, she will jumpscare you if your noise meter is ever fully empty before she leaves.
shattered monty: will crawl through the ducts system, picking the left or right duct at random and will keep going towards it until it reaches the opening. if he gets in the opened side he will jumpscare the player, if its the sealed side he will just go back to the start and pick a random side again.
shattered chica: when you lower the camera, if she is there you have to put it up again quickly
burntrap: will sometimes disable your camera, kind of like old man consequences, and a purple X will appear over the button. you have to use the heater to make him stop disabling it.
ruined roxy: appears in the office. you have to hold your mouse on her for a fairly long time to make her go away, but you get the whole night to do this
ruined monty: will appear frequently and start violently splashing water in through any of the doors/vents (a random one) with a loud sound cue. if too much water gets in, he will jumpscare you after a random amount of time
ruined chica: her beak has a random chance to appear on a camera instead of a faz coin. collect it before the end of the night or she will jumpscare you
eclipse: will sometimes brighten or darken the whole screen. (he isnt aggressive to the player in ruin)
the mimic: increases the ai of all active animatronics by 1 (the idea for this in the video is another really cool one)

Alternate mechanic for the mimic, he plays a random audio cue from another character. But he only does this of they aren’t actually there. If you react to this how you would if it was actually them, you die. You fend him off by checking if the character he’s mimicking is actually at the stage they’d be at if you needed to react.

I love these, but i feel like shattered Roxy would be interesting as another sound threat, seeing as she's blind in the game. I was thinking that maybe she's sat in a room and activates if you're too loud, like Lefty. Once active, she will sprint down one of the two halls fnaf 1 style and you have to shut it. That's just my thoughts though, i don't really know game balance XD Great video! I love the daycare attendant's mechanic!

Your Roxy idea is evil, but I think mine might be just as evil. My idea was that Roxy would sit in Parts & Service, getting ready for her show. A sign shows when her show happens, and until it does, you need to regularly look at her. If you go too long without looking at her, she kills you. She’d kinda be a reverse Funtime Foxy, and considering how much difficulty he adds to 50/20, Roxy would make it so much worse
My idea for a Mimic mechanic was that he would mimic other characters mechanics (from a small list of course, not the whole roster) but slightly more aggressive

Alternate Vanny & Burntrap idea: Vanny would attempt to get to Burntrap's power station at some point in the night. If she gets to him, he'll become an extremely aggressive threat that tries to get in however he can, utilizing the doors and both sets of vents. Unlike Funtime Foxy, Vanny can attempt several times per night, and this of course isn't immediate death.
As for how you deal with Vanny, the building has to be at an extremely high temperature at the right time, messing up the resurrection process. By watching her work her way through the cameras to the power station, you can tell when to turn up the heat.
I think this is cool
DJ Music Man will be in the middle of the location off-camera. If your office is too loud, he will think a party is going on and play his music, which will set the office noise to MAX for the rest of the night. (Soundproof is the only way to stop it) It can make the giant music man have some teamwork with the music man in your office.

Daycare Attendant: Sun will be crawling in the duct system towards your office. He is fooled by the audio lure 100% of the time. However, using the heater has a 40% chance to cause him to become angry and ignore the audio lure entirely, instead heading to the nearest duct opening. If that duct is closed, he'll calm down. If it is open, he will attack! If you run out of power, he will become angry again. However, he will head to the OPEN duct entrance and jumpscare you as Moon.
Mini Music Man: When you hear his music coming from the top vent, shut the door to make him leave. If you are in your office during the attack, he will ignore you and turn around. If you are on the monitor, he will jumpscare you. He is nearly invisible on the vent radar and will change his route if you set a vent snare down his path.
Staff Bot: There will be one in your office, deactivated. When it activates, obscure your vision with your mask or monitor. If you don't, you will get jumpscared by a random character from the roster. If the game is empty, nothing will happen.
What if the Mimic wasn't just able to copy Gregory? Maybe it can make the sounds of other characters (importantly without the visuals) like Rockstar Freddy, Molten Freddy, Rockstar Bonnie, Roxy, or Afton, and then you have a brief window to close one of the doors in order to stop it. It's there to kill you if you just rely on muscle memory in response to the sounds without thinking about the lack of visuals.

Id change Vanny personally. In SB she ´´corrupts´´ Gregorys vision when shes to close. Maybe We can make it so Her Mask appearsa like Helpy and you have to click it otherwise you can´t see anything even if you dont flip up the cameras.
for an idea for shattered roxy she will rush into a door and if its closed she will break the door how she works is that if you hear running open both doors

I have an idea for Glamrock Bonnie, instead of being an enemy he's going to be an ally. When he enters the office, his presence calms down every version of Bonnie (except Vanny and Burntrap), however he will start playing the bass which will increase the noise, not all the time but from time to time. He also makes Freddy and Monty more active, if Freddy enters the office he will take Bonnie with him. If Bonnie spends enough time with you he will give you 10 Fazcoins, if he is taken by Freddy he will give you 5 Fazcoins.
I had an idea for NightmareBots : They will come from the right door shut the door or else when you open the camera system they will kill you / Basically Freddy but he comes from the other side but I think this makes sense since nobody does that and characters like Nightmare and toy
Chica are Echos to others and Freddy deserves one for a simple mechanic like his and
NighmareStaffbot makes sense for this(also you forgot nightmareStaffbot).

Vanny idea: Make her like SeaBill.exe in Tyke and Son's. She says a voiceline (would be loud enough to where there is no way you dont know she's coming) and as she gets closer, the visual effect from SB when she's close gets more intense. She is a DROP EVERYTHING character. Any character that wouldve attacked or moved while she was in the office is paused. You have to deal with everybody still active before hiding under the desk (Keybind of L). You have 20 seconds to prepare for her.

Note: She'd appear like once or twice a night. Her AI level would just decrease how much time she gives you. (At 20 you'd probably have 14 or so seconds)

What if the mimic couldn’t instead copy every sound queue but it sounds a little distorted and like copy some animatronics with some sort of way on telling if they’re not the real one or not and that you have to do the opposite thing

Well for the Mimic in classic FNAF style i think we should put him in his own game like a boss fight. I liked yours but if i were to use him I'd like hin to, well, mimic the others. That'd be confusing but he'd copy the mechanics of other characters randomly and use their ways of defeating so you have to pay attention to what he says and how he's posing on the camera
What if you turned monty into a death coin style item, where if you pay 15 faz tokens he'll tear apart one of the animatronics that are active in the night. But the one he destroys is random.
For music man do math at screaming “MUSIC MAN” and you need to say “R.I.P matpat
It’d be funny if the Mimic would just copy a random animatronic, doubling that animatronic’s threat level (though it’d have to be like Ennard, Pigtach, Toy Chica or even TatG instead of like Toy Freddy or Nightmare BB).
If this was an actual thing I would set Glamrock Freddy and Sun/Moon to level 20 just to want them to visit the office.

Could you do Special Delivery characters next? I know all of them are reskins of other animatronics but with how some of them look, you could make some pretty cool mechanics. I know Ultra Custom Night uses a GPS to track them and I feel it’d be useful to include that so that the main maps don’t get too crowded

Shattered Roxy ngl should be like Springtrap in fnaf 3 - luring her as far away to office as possible. But to make this possible in UCN heres my idea:
- Shattered Roxy can be lured to Puppet room by playing music box
- She will ignore it and charge into your office if your noise meter is on level 2 or higher
- You can lure her into puppet room also by global music box but if you play global music box when she's in Puppet room she will destroy global music box making the game much harder
Also idk why Monty would be affected by fazblaster while in SB hes immune to it. He could be insted triggeres by Heat in the office for example
I think you forgot about ruin freddy but i do have a idea for him
Ruin freddy will appear in the office to get rid of him you need to put the vanny mask to make him disappear failing to put the mask after 10 seconds he will jumpscare you

Bruh the fazerblaster doesn't work on Monty until he is shattered why would that be the mechanic (just use a shock button or something since that does affect him in the Backstage sequence)

and when the reset ventilation starts making your office start
turning off the light sun will turn into moon and you'll have to reset ventilation
as fast as you can or you'll die

Monty’s mechanic doesn’t really work in my opinion. Not gameplay wise, it could work in that regard, but I’m referring to lore wise. Monty is like the one character you can’t stun with the blaster in SB.
I always wanted sun and moon to be you have to keep flashing sun with the flashlight or camera light, if you don't for a period of time moon will jump scare you
