I think it would be more interesting to incorporate tag team mechanics into toy bonnie and chica, have then work as a team rather than separately. I'm not sure how though. You have bonnie wait outside the vent in the party room until chica is in the other one and vice versa they wait until any other animatronic is out of the vents to go in and attack at the same time. The only problem is how would you incorporate fighting them both off without it being the same mechanic. Idk

i've found a way to deal with funtime foxy. as you play UCN you see that it takes 4 minutes and 30 seconds for it to become 6am. then i found out that every hour in the game is 45 seconds In real life

One thing i will change it's how frequently Foxy spaws, it's super annoying having Foxy in the hallway for like the 99.9% of the night and i'm sure that fox is the character who kills you EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. And now thinking he can maybe do a sound and that means he is one of the cameras, so you have to search for him in the cameras and that would make Foxy more difficult but less anoying than having Foxy for all the night in the hallway, i always ask myself why Withered Foxy is the most loved but at the same time the most anoying character.

yknow i like this video making the toys attack you if you put on the mask because it reminds me of the old speculation when fnaf 2 trailer dropped where the toys would actually be enemies with the withered animatronics and would protect you while the withered will still try to stuff you. So the mechanic is you deciding if you should put it on or not

I like a lot of the ideas you have here, although I do have a few things to say. First of all, I think you forgot to mention how you would stop Toy Freddy from advancing (unless I missed it in the video). Next, I would have it so that Toy Bonnie and Chica would need to have the mask on and vice versa for their withered counterparts. This would be more lore friendly, acknowledging the toy’s facial recognition software. Finally, for Mangle. I like the diversity to gameplay that your proposed mechanics would bring, I’m just curious how this would be communicated to the player. Would you have phone guy explain it or would it be more of a trial and error thing?

I like what you're trying to do but this would overcomplicate things I think. That would add to the chaotic, panicked intent behind the game, but to the detriment of fun and cohesive gameplay. Some fun ideas though, like removing the vent lights so you have to use the vent cams and pay attention to who is coming from where. Mangle, for example, is too complicated though.

You could add JJ as a new character with the mechanik, to steal your mask like BB with the batterys.

It's interesting to see how the series has evolved over the years because as someone who was there when FNaF2 released, this would've been an insane jump in difficulty from FNaF1. Giving basically every character their own unique way of fighting them would've been unreasonable because at the time, 20/20/20/20 was considered the hardest thing ever in FNaF as there weren't a lot of strats or technical info on the actual game mechanics. Whether or not Scott rushed FNaF2, the game had to be manageable for people who beat or even simply played FNaF1 in which you had to worry about two kinds of mechanics: 1. Close the door on whoever is outside. 2. Check Foxy's camera, close the door if running down the hall. Golden Freddy was a rare Easter Egg that most players wouldn't run into but he would count as 3 since you have to pull up the camera. It made sense that in order to include a lot of characters in FNaF2, Scott reused the same mechanics and simply changed their movement patterns. Having 5+ different ways to fight the animatronics would've been confusing & frustrating to play. Today though, this sounds pretty manageable because of Sister Location's Custom Night and Ultimate Custom Night, not to mention the countless fangames that have done their own twists on the formula. FNaF2 probably could've had at least one more unique mechanic for the animatronics but it wasn't Scott being lazy. The fans weren't ready for juggling mechanics for each character, juggling more than 4 characters at the same time was hard enough. It would be pretty cool to see this video's ideas implemented in a fangame or mod though.

I think Scott had a legit reason for making all of the characters beside the puppet and Foxy act the same, the game would be way too difficult if you had to remember each and every mechanic for every character. The10/20 mode is already hard enough could you imagine how hard it would be if you had to remember each character's mechanic. I know UCN was like that but that was meant to be a elite challenge for the die hard fans and not something someone would casually play but for the second game in the series it would have been too much, it's cool to think about though.

I think candy’s and Cindy’s mechanics should be made something similar to Fredbear and nightmare, since in game you can see them with their eye lights, and with this, cat and rat could be like ucn Freddy. I also think the blood and gears inclusion isn’t a good choice as it is still relatively new and has little mechanics shown. I think an inclusion from percy’s playtime, tike and sons or even bloody nights would fit far more. Also much love for including the bite at Freddy’s animatronics.

Heh, not possible Since the odds of bb not showing up are a *CHANCE* that means no matter what, up to 19 ai, it is fully possible for bb to just never show up, sure, the odds would be, incredibly low, but very much possible! Though, 20 ai is intirely inpossible as failing movement is not possible Meaning theoretically 9/20 1/19 is a possibility without the mask assuming stalling is perfected

I loved your ideas, main for Toy Bonnie and for Foxy just think that those ideas need to be a little more adjusted, because the way you put it, with everything there together, keep a very overwhelming gameplay.
