Cassie I started keto in august and lost 28 but I gained 10 back during the holiday so back on the program. I feel better with all my inflammation issues when I follow it but it’s hard during holidays. But so many good recipes online, now I keeps keto cookies frozen in the freezer all the time for emergency cravings.

I so enjoyed the response of your cattle when you started up your chainsaw! They are like little children in many ways. They knew they misbehaved by getting out, so they were trying to be quiet and be close to you--until you started the chainsaw! Thank you for sharing with us, Gary and Cassie! Yay for you, Cassie! I've been on KETO/Low Carb since January 2021. Have lost 116 pounds that I did NOT need. Feel better. Diabetes reversed and no insulin injections since February 2021. Adding greens to your diet is super important 😊 Also 🥑 and berries like blue berries and strawberry. Also Adding a teaspoon of organic pressed unrefined coconut oil to your coffee is beneficial for the brain and nervous system function, your body needs good fats. Blessings and love to ya'll ❤😊

Good job Gary fixing the fence. Good job Cassie for losing weight. Keto is amazing the only thing I would advise is careful with jerky and it’s sodium content. Broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, zucchini, spinach are very good veggies for keto.

Cassie, I also eat very low carb. It has really helped my RA inflammation. I try to keep my carb count at 20 total carbs per day. I eat lots of meat and some low sugar fruits and vegetables. It is nice to have more energy and not have to use a cane to walk. 💖😊💖
We had 2 head of cattle and they were rustled one month apart. Thankfully the Nowata County Sheriffs office is working with us to try and find out who did this. We have put up trail cameras. This happened in New Alluwe, Oklahoma in Nowata county.

Cassie, keto was successful for me as well. I lost 72 lbs in 4 months. Unfortunately, after a seasonal flu shot, I developed a bunch of allergies that I never had before. I had to go off the diet and started eating like I used to. I put all of the weight back on I. 3 years. I need to figure out what I CAN eat and try again. My health was so much better when I was on it. It's just a good thing I didn't throw or give away the bigger clothing.

This time we have found out what was causing the problems and it was a medicine causing my heart to race. Sooo I have to be on oxygen for about two weeks till it is all out of my system. I lost 12 lbs while in the hospital while on meds for fluids. Feeling much better now. Just praying that was the culprit. Those cows, on all that land can find a 4 feet hole every time! congrats Cassie on the weight loss! I'm doing it with you now that I have had a little jump start! Leave it to cows to find a hole in the fence to go through but half the time they can't find the same hole to go back in. We had for here Tuesday night and half a day Wednesday.
I lost 80 lbs and then I gained 15 back and got frustrated but then I got the flu and lost 21 lbs 5 days so it got me back on track. I'm also doing a lifestyle change I'm eating kinda keto but I love salads so I'd say it's more just eating better! I feel so much better. It's hard to find what works but for me it's the whole lifestyle!
