Whoopi said the worst thing about making the movie was that her role just wasn't fair. Doing scenes with Patrick Swayze and not being able to LOOK at him.😄
Whoopi Goldberg's first scene when she discovers she really has got psychic powers is one of my favourite film scenes - so funny. Thanks for your reaction.
To be honest, Sam didn't kill anyone. Through their own recklessness Carl and Willy were responsible for their own deaths. Sam was apalled both times. As far as touching goes, he could affect things but couldn't feel them. He had to use Oda Mae to really have a tactile connection. I agree, this might be the most romantic film ever. Like you said; this guy told God to just hold up, I have to give my girl one last kiss and tell her I Love her. This movie is sincerely rewatchable.
The bible doesn't say thou shall not kill under an circumstance. God did a good deal of killing himself. Half the Psalm's are King David pleading with God to help him kill his enemies.

Not when they remake it as well as they did Point Break and Roadhouse, which I heard is the plan. I find that outrageous. They can restore these movies to better quality, but they should leave classics like these alone, they were perfect the way they were. Plus, quite a few people who starred in them are not among us anymore, so show some respect and keep their legacy alive instead of creating poor copies that no one needs. My opinion. I’d never show remakes to my kids, always the originals.

6:19 you made me cackle out loud in the bus. Now everybody knows I'm crazy. 🤣
Sister Act is a fun one with Whoopie.
“Give him air punches and teabag him”. lol!
"A bottle of Pepto Bismo" 😂😂😂😂
Welp gotta have a swayze movie run now. ROAD HOUSE! *ROUND HOUSE KICK 😂
So sweet reaction video. Thank you. I really like The Notebook and 50 First Dates when it comes to ultimate romance. ❤ They are wonderful movies.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…”Man ! you are GOOD”. I enjoyed this one enormously…Thank You for sharing 👍🤗
Also, I hope your lovely dogs get plenty of treats…they are perfect background eye -candy…love them 🦮💕✨
Thx for feelin' those feels for us. We get to relive these moments through you, our cinematic Ghost.
The moment J called him “ C@ckblock Carl” I lost it😂😂😂😂😂
46:41 Love this classic and loved your reaction.
LOL @ Whoopi's "Pepto Bismol" suit. 😮😅
"Ohh, they about to come get you" lol
I love this movie (I've watched this reaction before), and this is by far my favorite reaction channel. No one even comes close. J's comment about "a handful of imagination" made me laugh! I don't have much of an ass, especially since I've lost so much weight (due to illness), but I'm genuinely happy with my body now that I'm in my 30s. I'm much more focused on my character, my experience and my gifts as a lover and as a friend. I don't care about the superficial pressures I used to wrestle with as a teenager and young adult. Confidence is what matters at the end of the day. Plus, a handful is all you need, as "they" say. 😂
37:53 These shadow effects were mind-blowing at the time.
That grungy neighborhood that they were in is Soho in NYC and ironically has expensive boutiques and art galleries.
A handful of imagination took me out! 😂😂😂😂😂
@JL Was so glad your patrons voted for this, this movie has a ton of heart
Great movie to react to! I love this one so much! Whoopi and Demi are just fantastic. So are Patrick and Tony. RIP Patrick.

I just noticed when the subway ghost pushed Patrick Swayze . Swayze hit the wall. How if he’s dead. Shouldn’t he go through?😃😃😃
Grrrreat reaction! I think this is one of my favorites of yours, JL.
