  • If you struggle at making drops in Ableton Live it's either the wrong pattern or too much time spent on sound design (which can cause you to loose focus on composition). Luckily I got solution for both - you get the first one solved by watching whole video and second one by downloading those FREE presets: bit.ly/3wvPUAf

    There is a M4L Loop Flip that can generate many catchy sample chops at the same time without going back and forth to choose from take lane. This workflow is called generative workflow, just make your samples and the device will take care of arranging it. Hope you try it out since it can change an entire house and dubstep workflow.

      Heard about this device but honestly never used it, thanks for sharing! Btw there’s also another cool method for this - Mr. Bill’s Automatic Hocket Machine. If you don’t know it then you need to check it 😉

    i've been going through your old tutorials. I've come to the conclusion you might be the very best ableton specific content creator on UA-cam. Jabeau is also doing some insane stuff but his is more artsy and like...inspirational whereas you're hyper practical and absurdly deep in knowledge.

      Duuuude, someone needs to study Jabeau’s mind. He’s the best when it comes to (as you said) artsy stuff. I can also recommend dnksaus btw. And thank you, it means a world 🙏

    The technique with the take lanes is great! I would always copy the whole midi track, then change the sound and in the end chop everything by hand 😅 I will definitly try that one!

    • @Zdrewe
      @Zdrewe  4 місяці тому +2

      Hahah same as me sometimes but I find it useful to force myself into using audio instead of midi which obviously leads to more cool stuff. You can also use one midi track, put all serum instances into a chain and then mute or unmute individual chains
