  • The new Dustopper Pro is a low profile cyclone style dust separator that will keep most materials from reaching your Shop Vac's chamber and save you money on replacing filters. Watch as I unboxing and test the new Dustopper Pro dust separator. I show how easy it is to setup and I also perform a few tests to measure its effectiveness.

The Home Depot site lists the largest of the two vacuums in that style as 184 cfm

Thank you Mark for the comment sorry for the delayed response. I absolutely realized an error on my part and had the Anemometer calibrated for 4 inch pipe. The correct readings are 130 CFM at the shop vac and 85 CFM through the Dustopper Pro. Again I appreciate the feedback and have a great day.

Great video. But when you threw that knife down there could have been a propane bottle there next to a flame thrower that could have been punctured by a dropping hammer because of the vibration of the knife going into the table and it could have exploded and caused you to poke your eye out. Just safe first! 😉

Great video bro. Theory here, if you reduce the length of hose from the vacune first, that could increase the CFM. But it be pointless, since it will reduce anyways past the bucket. And did you have to buy the bucket, you mean to tell me you don’t already have at least 20 of those 😂😂😂😂

Thank you for the comment!! I kept it stock as if you just pulled it out of the box and hooked it up for use! However most folks just want to know if it does as intended and i would have to say yes. It does drop the CFM but it separates the dust and keeps it out of the vac. Thank you for the view brother!!
