Not only Madotsuki has a car, but also has a part time jobs (jobs because if we are taking the game literally, Madotsuki has a range of skills; to freezing stuff, shrinking, To music, etc. so she would be a great employee.)
This guy just walks in every year and casually resurrects an entire fandom with one video, it's honestly quite incredible buttery smooth animation as always, love it.

There's something about gobou's pixel animation that is just leagues better than everyone else. It's not even just the buttery smoothness, it's the unbelievably realistic expressions, reactions, and movements. He's just so good at it.
Can I just point out that the way you animate Monoe's eyes is always fucking beautiful. I genuinely have no idea how you manage to put so much detail and character into so few pixels.
Always amazed how even with a limited media as solid pixels (and a very limited color palette this time around), you always manage to create such expressive motions reflected in each of the characters personalities, that makes them an absolute joy to watch, set to the rhythm of some absolute bangers of chiptunes. Wonderful work as always~! 👏😸💕
The personalities bestowed on them never change. They're consistently themselves, and very discernable from one another despite coming from a game that says so little about each character, even Madotsuki herself. Monoe seems like a slight rascal who's just looking for a little giggle, Madotsuki is the defacto leader who's a little bit of everything but mellow nonetheless. Poniko is willing to participate but has a very Shikamaru air about her, very "Fine, I guess" but still enjoying herself in some way. Most of all I enjoy Monoko, who's always depicted in her nicer form and never her tearful many armed one. She's happy, silly, and gives an energetic approach to everything that Mado is just as eager and willing to play off of and reciprocate. Everything about these little videos ads a special warm charm to what's otherwise one of the darkest motherfucking games I've ever played in my life

I freakin love Gobou's work, they're exactly the kinda stuff I imagine while listening to music without vocals. A+
i love the amount of effort they put into simple walking animations, it's so charming to just watch them all dance and walk in such expressive ways, wish they posted more often, but their videos are still fun to watch on loop, i think some are made for that express purpose
