- Nakano is located just 5 minutes away from Shinjuku by train. It’s a great place to visit and see the locals enjoying life. This place also has lots of food to enjoy! We’re going to get some street food and takeout to enjoy at the park.

I've heard Japan is having difficulties with vaccine distribution and vaccine hesitation, stay safe guys! Love what you do!
Absolutely…
Wth does that have to do with the video?
@@KillerofGods everything
It must be a hassle to make these vids outside in these times, so thank you!
It’s a challenge for sure.
The tangy taste in the spinach pie is a spice called sumac. We in Lebanon /Mediterranean use it in salads and cooking. The name of the pie is spinach turnover we do have various recipes for it and fillings but I am happy that you tried it. We eat it as a breakfast/lunch/dinner.
I enjoy these street food adventure and than a picnic how awesome enjoy guy's 😉
I have missed you both sooo much. I had quite a few struggles in my life. I neglected many channels. I am soo happy to be back and watching the two of you again. You are better than a travel channel. I have missed Justin too. I hope he is doing good. Much love from 🇺🇸❤.
Thanks for coming back and sorry to hear you were having a difficult time. Sending you big hugs
Hanging out in the park with tents is a new concept for me. Very interesting!
Lol, I love the country roads song in the background in the beginning.
中野大好きです🌟
何を食べるか、どれをお土産で買って帰るか迷っちゃいます。
天気が良い公園での美味しいもの最高ですね。
素敵な動画今日もお二人に感謝🌟
I always watch your videos when I'm having dinner! I like to see videos about food while I'm eating! Yesterday, I've watched about the tempura, I really want to eat a good tempura! greetings from Brazil !
Good shout on that Mediterranean shop! That curry shop and the small Okinawan bar near the start of the mall are two of my favorite spots in Tokyo. Love Nakano, but damn it's crowded, lol. People (including myself once in a while) have just stopped caring, haha.
its sad so hear about those shops closing. The food looks absolutely to wonderful! stay safe, you guys!
I love your videos they are interesting and very very informative I would like to visit Japan one day

its so nice seeing all the people enjoying the good weather with a nice picknick and in good company, it feels refreshing seeing so many people outside again :)
Id love to see a Justin's Special Day episode, fancy puppy treats, maybe a puppy salon or favorite park. #morejustin
Yummy . Wish there was a variety of curry pan near me.
All of that looked great. It has been rather unseasonably cool and rainy here in Oklahoma.
That Curry bread looked amazing
As an American I really want to try Takoyaki. I've videos of it being made and it looks amazing.
Luckily I live in Atlanta Georgia and we have a very international population so I am very thankful for that.
Ha ok the cheese Curry bread looked good but then that egg one WOW I WANT!!!!!
Nice to see the beautiful people of Japan enjoying the spring sun and the food selection today yummy. 👌
Hi Satoshi and Shinichi good to see you thanks for sharing this video thanks stay safe God BLESS to all of u love guy's
Perhaps that strange flavour in the spinach pie was sumac, which has a slightly sour tang. Or perhaps it was za’atar, which is a spice blend that includes sumac. These are very popular spices in the Middle East.
Wow! There's a lot more people going outside than I expected.
The Country Road in the background is nice 😁 Food looks delicious as always.
What I wouldn't give to be there! 🤤
Loved this video. Thank you for sharing the beautiful day with us. ❤️
I remember that bakery with the melon pan :) With being stuck at home now for 18 months already it begins to feel that my time in Japan was more a dream or something. Hope to be back soon.
I only had my takoyaki with sauce, wouls love to try the salt one. I just love tako and takoyaki is one of my favourite snacks. Wow those curry pan are amazing. never sen those. I want the egg one!!! egg and curry go so well together. Seeing these sweets I really get a craving for them. I miss mochi the most I think. First thing I want to eat back in Japan is kusa mochi.
We can get Turkish and Marokkan snack easy here, since there is a large population of those nationalities living in the Netherlands. I usually get a dürüm, a kind of flat bread filled with meat and salad with lots of garlic sauce and spicy sauce. If you have the chance please try it, but it is more a meal then a snack.
I very much enjoyed this format of walking around, collecting your foods, and chatting to us, then tasting together. It was very interesting. Thank you for your videos. I really enjoy them.
I prefer Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie) It is layers of crispy filo dough filled with a creamy spinach. I have always loved eating it and that would be the only way anyone could make me eat spinach as a small child.
I can stay to that place for a long time cos of Whisper of The Heart's song. Hahaha
Wow I need this in my life 🔥
It's my dream to go to Japan soon, thank you for these amazing videos as guides! ❤️
Thanks for bringing us a lovely video! Stay safe guys😁
Great too see the warm weather back in Japan, stay safe as always guys :)
Everything looks so good! 😍
Soo many people enjoying picnic and it sounds soo fun! I want to join them!!!
I'm going through earlier videos while waiting for newer ones..but loving it.🥰
I love this picnic! Great delicious food, fantastic company, unfortunately a bit noisy but that can't be helped.
Thanks for sharing a beautiful day with all of us. 👍🏽👍🏽🍗💛💖😍
stay safe!!
I enjoyed watching your video. All the food that you ate looks delicious.
Such a relaxing and claming vid 😊❤
Finally guys you are out of your apt to show us some street food!!! Congratulations!!! Keep it up!!!
How I miss these!
spinach pie looked especially lovely 🌿
OMG...your takoyaki look so delicious, I like takoyaki so much...I can find it here in Indonesia, but yours look so good...
Love your videos 🤩🤩
Awesome video quality! Nice to watch!
stay safe guys !
Soo nice to see you both out and about:) Love your videos!
🤤 🤤 I’m missing to be in Japan sooo badly😭😭. Thanks for sharing your foodie adventures with us! 🥰🥰
@TabiEats oh no! Reminds me of that show “Salaryman Kantaro” Ammmmitsu!😂
Ah I wish we have second season of this show on Netflix.
I miss Japan… greetings from Singapore!
What a nice day to have a picnic at the park! Everything looks so tasty and how on earth is that egg yolk still runny?! So sorry to hear that noodle shop closed. I think you pointed it out in a previous video :(
Your doing a great job in difficult times. Top quality guys. Stay safe and catch up again real soon.
I went to Nakano few years ago. I remember there is a nikuman shop near the station, not bad too.
But I was there for Nakano Broadway. Its a heaven for otaku, which in my opinion much better hunting ground than Akihabara.
Anyway, its quite scary to see such a crowd, given that Tokyo isn't doing too well controlling the pandemic...
Good food...l.I miss going to Japan....you both should be tour guides....the jelly looking dessert looks similar to the Philippines dessert called halohalo...refreshing..... thank you for sharing good food as well as good places.
Love halohalo and miss it so bad
Happy late Birthday Satoshi san! I was wondering if there is middle eastren or Mediterranean cuisine you might try it out. I wanted to share with you some Lebanese/Arabic food and snacks but sadly in the meantime I can't maybe in the future. Thanks for the video, you made my morning💜💜 please stay safe and healthy🙏💜💜 can't wait to meet with you in my future visit to Japan.
Chuka soba Aoba was my first ramen in Japan and I always have it every trip. My shop is in Sunshine City though.
Great video! Thank you!
That croquet looked delicious!
It looked so nice in the park to get out in the sun, fresh air and to have a nice lunch. Wish we had food like that here. It looked so yummy. Give Justin a kiss for me. Take care from Bethlehem Pa.
Happy birthday
Love your channel thank you for entertaining us!
Loved the video, hearing all the "outside/children playing/chatter" of the park. The food looked yummy!! I LOVE the shopping streets, and hope the area can recover with new restaurants. So happy seeing you guys out and about
I miss Nakano Broadway! Such a nice place for Otaku like me ^^
Yes nice to see you guys out together again!!!!!🤟
When I hear Nakano I think of you shinichi as you go there!!!! 👍🏻
Yummy vid!!!!!👀
That really sucks that business are closing down long standing too!!!! It’s so upsets me!!!!!😢
It is good to see the two of you outdoors. It was interesting to see all those tents at the park. The food looks great. My favorite would have been the kashiwa mochi just because I haven't eaten it in a while. I would love to have takoyaki with all the onions and katsuo on them.
That curry bread with the egg 🤤🤤🤤
Just came back for another look. Satoshi's reaction to the mochi is so relatable.
awesome food! living vicariously through u guys- a keto practitioner
Happy to see so many people outside but sad about those two businesses. We have lost many small shops here is Oahu including my fave donburi place.
love your video's so much also the other channel where you show places to eat and stuff :) it make me think of my times in japan that i miss so much
@TabiEats The Spinach Pie looks like “Naan Bread Plus”!😂
Wow, I was in Nakano two years ago and I managed to get an amazing bowl of ramen at Aoba! So lovely to see this! Sending hugs to you both. xx
I have always wanted to try curry bread. I have no idea how I would do that.
Awwwww! My okaasama used to work for Umeya, here in LA. The difference is, this Umeya is an arare factory. :) Everything that you boys had to eat looked amazing! Especially the kare pan and the maple melon pan. The shio takoyaki sounds delicious as well. I sure appreciate you both, making this walk around the very crowded shotengai for us. Please take care and stay as safe as you can!
😳😳😳😳😳😋😋😋😋😋 OMG, it all looked so tasty!
Kashiwa is an oak, if that helps! Great video, makes me wish I was there
How do they bake/fry a bread with soft boiled egg inside with out over cooking the egg
We went to Nakano Broadway when we were in Japan (it’s the same area, right?) and we didn’t get to try any of those foods you got! I don’t know why… maybe we didn’t notice the food shops… Only Mr. Donut (but it was good). Everything you bought looked so delicious! I will go back and look for those shops! Thank you for this video! Love you guys ❤️
Yea it’s where Nakano Broadway is located. Fun place
Satoshi being enamored with takoyaki and calling it beautiful.
Hello po....
Keep safe
Thanks for showing us that Nakano is more than just going to Broadway and Mandarake for collection hunting. Stay safe and get vaccinated when you two can.
If I lived in Japan I would be eating out every day
Oh my goodness! I love Taiwanese fried chicken 🥰🥰🥰
I think that tanginess in the spinach pie might be from za'atar which is a spice blend used a lot in Middle East cuisine. :)
おいしそうおいしそう!
A Lebanese deli near me sells spinach pies that look just like those. They serve them hot or cold, but I find cold is better, personally.
I recognized the area as soon as they got off the train. That is where my air bnb was on my first trip to japan. We never hung out there though. Looks like we missed out. Oops!
The tangy note in the spinach pie might be sumac.
