Thank you! We had a major set back today. The external dry sump pump failed during the second lapping session so the motor has to get rebuilt. It still starts, but there is damage by the sounds of it. It's unfortunate. Hard to believe as the pump is from one of the best suppliers there is in the states.
To handle at this level yes weight reduction is necessary. My street Supra handles better than most cars on track and has very little weight reduction. It’s more about setting the car up properly. Think of a GTR and how well it turns for it’s weight.
@@arpushp yeah, the only difference i see is the gtr has a crazy AWD setup for the time to help distribute power to help with the handling, its nice seeing a supra like this instead of a crazy highway racer build, i dig it
