Second attempt. The video is from the same source as the previous one and the audio is from a show in Chicago, date unknown.
Except for the "singing" part at the start of the song that I had to cut in order for the new audio to fit, the arrangement is pretty much the same, which leads to believe that the show was around the time the video was recorded - plus it was much easier to "sync"!
