Lemon Posset recipe
300ml thickened cream
75g raw sugar
2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Reverse your presentation: heat thick cream with sugar, add lemon juice and lemon zest, refrigerate overnight.
Would this work with coconut cream?
