The tip on sewing the little triangle area as a curved line (instead of a straight line) is great! And the first time I’ve seen this done. Thanks for sharing !

Please, please
I am still not clear on bound buttonholes for the lined vests I am sewing.
How do I avoid the messy underside of the buttonhole while keeping a full lining.
This is probably so “beginner” to you but I love the pocket tute even though the bound buttonhole has me stymied.

This is a little hard to explain in writing - you sew a box outline on the lining, the same size as the opening on the button hole. Then you cut a slit into the box with snipe to each corner. Fold the lining snips toward the wrong side of the fabric. Hand stitch the pressed open box or rectangle onto the button hole
