Beside the "normal" version, the visuals of the opening 5 had at least two other special versions where _some_ scenes in the opening were modified so that they're in agreement with the plot development.

There are actually two more new openings of Seven Deadly Sins Four Knights of the Apocalypse . Its like the continuation of the story but with next generation . But . yes the story does continue [kind of like Boruto] .
