Guys I just want to warn you: This show gets a lot of strikes and is pretty damn harsh on that. Most channels like the Normie's almost got taken down cuz of strikes from this show. Just a follower who wants to warn his favorite reacting couple. 👍

Fairy tail and seven deadly sins both ran in the same magazine (one that was more famous for its relative lack of high action fantasy manga that are so prevalent in other shounen magazines). Theres even a christmas crossover special chapter for the two shows.
Just for the record, the show is literally set on the island of Great Britain, or as it was formally known, Britannia.

The show that got me into anime, I looked up “most powerful characters” and Escanor popped up and I was immediately hooked! I had to find out more, so I watched it and read it and I’ve never looked back since. I’m up to 186 shows now and I owe it all to Seven Deadly Sins! Great show......we don’t talk about season 3 though😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Netflix got nothing to do with this series, they simply got the rights to air the dub, but they didn't fund it.

Netflix original just means that netflix is the only service that owns the rights to stream the show. If any other service or channel wants to have it on, they have to pay netflix. And idk if its exclusively the dub that is netflix original...

Seven deadly sins was actually a really good story(the manga) until the final arc, then it fell apart. The anime fell off way earlier tho. If I were to choose two of my favorite anime characters of all time it would be Might Guy and the Lions sin of pride, Escanor. Literally Escanor by himself brought the same amount of hype to the story that Madara brought in naruto except here it was one of the good guys.
Please react to Seraph of the end Openings as the next ones people never really got into it or heard of it cause it stopped 2015 but mostlikely will get a 3rd season soon cause the Manga started again the 2 Openings ARE DOPE and the Anime was back then in hype and Popular 🔥

Netflix has the rights to it for almost everywhere in the world except for Japan and maybe afew other places that is why it is called a Netflix original they actually do no work they hire funimation to do the dubbing
they have the right to it in Japan lol aren’t they a at home/ digital licensor. i go on netflix japan all the time and they had season 3 6 months before it even came to us

The first season is great, second not so much, I wouldn't even bother with S3. Honestly I wouldn't recommend the anime to people because it drops off a lot due to the power creep and animation. I don't read the manga but people swear by it so I assume it does a better job with explaining things.
It’s also extremely difficult to not get copyright strikes for it on yt, not worth the risk for them to upload their reactions to it

@@aaronsg8931 I thought the way they introduced power levels took away from how cool the Commandments originally were. It was also kind of jarring how the Sins were so much higher than everyone else and then out of nowhere the Commandments dwarfed them in raw power. I can't take that kind of power creep seriously.
I would have liked it if they were at least as effective as Meliodas was. Part of what made the first season so great was that everyone was op and just lobbing haymakers at everything. It makes you look forward to what gives them a challenge. The power levels tell us that the commandments were not a challenge, they completely unstoppable unless gamged up on individually.
I had a few other issues but the power levels were the main thing for taking away the cool factor on top the general scale of the fights not even rising with them. People shit on DB for this sort of thing but it at least does it right the first time around.
Wait have they seen Fairy tail this show is nothing like it.
Seven Deadly Sins is an Arthurian story so you are correct it is western inspired.
