    Thank you for your videos. You make complex information understandable. I appreciate the step by step instructions.
    Your singing voice is beautiful, especially in the beginning section when it was soft and emotional.

    Please, do "surviving techniques" tutorial about solo-improvisation in contemporary songs. How I should think and how bouth hands should work. How to start practice it for solo / intro / outro / instrumental sections in songs. I understand how I play accompaniment when I sing, but I don't understand what and how I should play without vocal. I really need instructions for left and right hand 🙏
    Thank you very much for your lessons ❤️

    This series is great as are all Jason Zac videos.......only trouble is you have to copy down notes from Video as even paying $5 per month on Patreon that service is hopeless to access the notes and many videos are not there or very difficult to find!! Why does my registration and email on Patreon not automatically identify me and allow me to input the video and notes I am looking for?? Maybe I have to also pay for a Nathaniel course to get simple access to all relevant notes??

    Hi Jason this is fantastic as usual. I am trying to be more of a solo player trying to play melody with right hand (pop, rock and some basic jazz) and the rhythm and bass with left hand. I do want to know if there is a preference for doing the 4 beat pulse in the right hand (chords under the melody, where possible) and add in the "&"s in the left hand or just do all the rhythm elements in the left hand ? I feel the latter is easier but the former feels the groove better. What do you think ? If there are videos of your to mix these 2, I will go to watch them.

    Good evening Jason, I am Spanish I am 55 years old and I am learning piano. I'm doing Hanon's exercises, I'm on the 16th. I just discovered your channel and as I am in love with Indian culture I have thought for sure that it is great and watching some of your videos, I think so. Could you please tell me what you think of Hanon. And where would you recommend me to start with your videos. I suscribe. Thank you.

    • @nathanielschool
      @nathanielschool  3 роки тому +1

      Haven't really practice Hanon that much Enrique! Started as an accompanist in a choir and went straight to playing Rock and Blues with various bands! The way I generally look at exercises is to make sure that they are creative and you make some music using them! I'm good with any exercise which inspires my creativity. And these exercises also motivate me to practice hard!

      @@nathanielschool Good afternoon Jason, I wanted to tell you the following: I am Spanish, as I already mentioned in a recent comment, I am 55 years old and I am doing Hanon's exercises on my own through UA-cam, as they are a repeated sequence I acquire dexterity without having knowledge of music. I'm going for the 16th, Well, I don't know English, only Spanish. I am using google translator to translate this text. I could follow your advice in some way, for example that option you have in pdf that I think about 4 euros a month. What advice do you give me to follow you, taking into account my profile, what advice do you give me? Thank you. A hug.

    Question - How to 'intuitively' break the pattern into its constituent accents, like you did at 06:33 ? It's possible to mimick and play the pattern while staying rhythm, but the problem is to break it down into correct accents.

    • @nathanielschool
      @nathanielschool  3 роки тому

      More rhythm exercises coming up here Rishi. Do stay tuned. Will explain this further

    Very helpful video! After purchasing StaffPad for iPad I've been struggling a bit on getting the rhythm notated correctly. I'm curious if you have tried StaffPad, and if so, what you think of it? You are helping me get onto the correct path. Here is a video that I made last week while following your lesson: ua-cam.com/video/i_yhnMRS5vk/v-deo.html
