Personally, Montecito is my favorite among the ALP properties in Nuvali. I love the church, and the Spanish-Filipino Architecture being promoted there. But overall, my most favorite ALP property of all time is Ayala Greenfield. I hope ALP will launch an ultra-luxury condo or townhouse in Nuvali.

There are genuine potential Ayala customers who have been directly harmed and offended by said dictatorship regimes. And I can guarantee Ayala does not want their product associated with your analogy. But you may be too young to understand the political climate a generation ago. All real estate must be promoted with a neutral political tone to capture the most amount of potential bidders. This ultimately drives up the demand and final price.
