This is great, with the Jammit app and the on line lessons, learning goes a lot faster. I was strucking with this triplet part on both timing and sticking. But with the vid I had it in 5 min great !!!!!

For the second fill I use the 6 stroke roll, feels more natural to me.

Could you also call that first fill 2 x 5 stroke rolls, rather than the triplet attached to 2 sixteenths .. ? idk just another interpretation.. like to hear your thoughts
