yup, that was me :( but when i was young, they did not know why my ovaries failed. However, by God's Grace, my cycle kicked in literally 2 or 3 times and I conceived two healthy children

Hi Dr! I’m starting my first IUI process, will be starting Letrazole this week. My question is, is it ok to take Metformin, CoQ10, Vitex & Myo Inositol & D-Chiro while on my ovulation medication? (Also taking prenatals)

Dr. Aimee thank you for the great support with all your videos. Regarding the supplements - is it OK if I take vitamin B12, CoQ10, omega 3 and iodine during my stimulation jabs with Ovaleap and Mariofert

Would like to note, I was 35 at my first IVF cycle now 37.. I do have Fragile X, and due to being very minor we didn't have to use donor eggs.

I had 3 IVF Cycles; first IVF gave us our Angel Baby Girl, 2nd failed no eggs made it to fertilize correctly so no transfer was done; I was put on CoQ10 and DHEA on my 3rd IVF we got 5 retrieved 1 transfered fresh and 2 frozen..the transfered embryo failed no pregnancy. We were going to do a FET in February but now thinking to try naturally... I did have my right tube removed in the past during to an ectopic even though I had a HSG prior and showed tubes cleared...SMH!! So my issue is after my first IVF and birth we got pregnant twice but lost both. What could be causing the miscarriages?

What’s your opinion on 46 XY inv 9 (p11q13) . Can this cause miscarriages?

It possibly can. Talk with a geneticist to get a more thorough expert opinion. In the meantime, review this article especially the discussion section for more: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4872494/#:~:text=1-,Pericentric%20inversion%20of%20chromosome%209%20(inv%5B9%5D%5Bp11q13%5D),lowest%20among%20Asians%20around%200.25%25.

Is this where you submit questions? I’m curious when you suggest laparoscopy for endometriosis in unexplained infertility. I’m 27, been trying for 1.5 years. Did the TUSHY method everything came back normal. My AMH is 2.3. I have some periods with heavy bleeding, clots, bad cramps but not all. I usually am able to power thru without Tylenol. I am an extreme bloater but just found out I’m gluten sensitive. I’m just curious if I should investigate endometriosis before starting IUI. Thank you Dr. Aimee you are a blessing to so many!

Yes I would ask your doctor if they have ruled out adenomyosis and endometriosis. It’s possible that laparoscopy is what they recommend. There are non surgical ways to learn more: pelvic mri, pelvic ultrasound and receptivadx.com are ways to investigate. You can submit here too: AskTheEggWhisperer.com

Again, you are wonderful and intelligent and we all appreciate you. I do! But you've got to stop phrasing egg/embryo donation/adoption as "the next step," "or something someone "isn't ready for yet," creative family building options, etc. In assuming on others' behalf that adoption is satisfying or even an option to them you invalidate others' feelings. For some people, trying to have their own children is what they are going to do and if that doesn't work out they accept that they will not have children. I really wish you would word this in a different way that shows the diversity in values and opinions on what parenthood means.
