YIELD: 2-3
INGREDINETS:
-180g (1 1/2cup) All purpose flour
-180ml (3/4 cup) regular Milk, room temperature
-2 tsp white Vinegar (you can use lemon juice)
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-1 tsp Baking Soda
-Pinch of Salt
-2 large eggs, room temperature
-2 1/2 tbsp Sugar
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
-2 tbsp Butter melted
-Extra butter for the pan
🔺Instead of Milk & Vinegar, if you have butter milk in handy use that
🔺If you use 1/3 cup t to make pancakes from this batter you can make around 8 pancakes
🔺Try NOT to over mix the batter. If you over mix pancakes will turn out tough. Its ok to have flour pockets and lumps in the batter

Nice recipe. But if you have an electric counter top grill, you can do three at a time. (Or a bigger pan)

Woah. yumm. I would recommend adding the wet ingredients slowly for it to incorporate properly
