How do you pitch to realtors? I've contacted so many and most just aren't interested
It's honestly tough to get started in if you don't know any realtors directly. I think a lot of realtors picture a Phantom/Mavic flying through a house when the idea is initially presented to them lol.
Since the thought of a drone flying indoors scares a lot of people, the thing that will help you most is having POC (Proof of concept) video. Make sure it is something that YOU film.
This was what I did:
Start off by filming your own house/apartment and once you get confident flying indoors, offer friends and family drone tours of their houses. Soon you'll have a portfolio of drone tours that you can share with potential clients.
To get potential clients go on zillow and find local realtors, find their contact info and send them a quick email introducing yourself and what you do.
Offer to do a video for free.
This property is the perfect example of this: ua-cam.com/video/6i-noagjSrQ/v-deo.html
I filmed this property for absolutely nothing.
I found this realtor on zillow, reached out with a POC video and said I would film a property for free. This client is now one of my regulars and the video alone has brought in even more clients 👍
@@TRONCATFPV Thanks for putting this out, it will help immensely for someone who is just getting started. I have a question, what type of contract if any, do you have your client signed. If you link a template it would awesome. Thanks!
That was beautiful man. You kept a really nice level through the flight and just showed the house really really well. Inspiring!!
Thanks! 🙌
Another amazing job; I'm loving the "back 'er out" parts! Been working on my cinebot30 skills now that I finally have one; looking forward to graduating to close-quarters indoor flights. (Just trying to get over the insane noise that thing produces indoors...wow!)
haha yes sometimes they can be quite loud. I've noticed with the 5 blade props the noise level is definitely reduced. I've played with 8-blade 2.5" props and it is a little bit quieter. I feel like 5 blade performs the best overall though 👍
There is something about the drone tour that is better. Not sure if it's cause the height on the camera, smooth flow of the video, angel of the view, just something that makes it so much better. Nice job.
Excellent Flying! Quick Question. I am starting an FPV business in Scottsdale AZ. I have an agent that has expressed interest in me doing a fly-through of one of her homes. We haven't talked price yet.. any recommendations on what I should charge on this first gig?
Hey! I used to live in Phoenix. Scottsdale seems like a nice place to do real estate fpv! Did you end up figuring out a charge for that project? I would like to know . been doing a lot of research but wanted to know what to expect
Everyting looks great excep the 60FPS export. Just wondering why you choose to do that instead of 24fps?
Hello, I know you fly 60FPS but how do you render it out? Withouth looking awkward, it looks wrong if I film in 60FPS and then go 30FPS (also how do you do that, it doesnt slow down? I guess from the looks you fly exactly the speed like you render it = so video is realtime speed? Or do you sometimes slowdown? Thanks for any help I am pretty confused on this
Are you running an ND filter on a bright day like this? This was a flawless job!
Smooth work. What’s your profile rates? Still fine tuning mine.
Absolutely beautiful !
can I ask which go pro settings did you used?
do you keep your GoPro in horizon lock?
beautiful home, you showed it very well. I was pretty impressed with your reverse maneuvering at 1:32 👏
Thanks! I've been trying to incorporate backwards flight a bit more into the drone tours. It helps when the property is massive like this lol
@@TRONCATFPV awesome, I'm a big fan man. Keep it coming!
Yeah, backwards flying appears to be a must and still eludes me, I shall go out practicing again this week
What are your rates for flying indoors? I’m having trouble with too much throttle after turns. Great videos btw. Your channel is awesome.
I go over rates in my real estate cinewhoop build video 🤙
inspiring to do the same.
Amazing I Aspire to get my flight and production quality to this level
3 inch? FPV sys? FC? Firmware?
Perfect!
Details on the drone used are in the description 👍
Great work! Is it possible to get smooth fly with high kv (4500) motors or very difficult?
Is the naked gopro essential to this build or could this drone achieve the same smooth controlled shots with a full size hero?
on a 2.5" cinewhoop I would use naked GoPro's. This 2.5" cinewhoop is able to handle a full sized GoPro, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Most impressive part was backing out of the bedroom... It's easy to get swooping shots outside and fly backwards out of them but to keep your position while backing out of a small room
❤ such a inspiration in FPV. I want to take this direct course in my flying. Keep it up ❤ south Africa 🌍
Nice! What’s your setup? Pack? Kv motors? GoPro?
Details on the drone used are in the description 👍
@@TRONCATFPV oh thanks! You flying 6S it’s such smooth throttle control! I struggle to stop bouncing with 6S
Now for an FPV drone, as it has no gimball, you stop and go back, wouldn't the perspective lines of the walls change? I dont get that lol
Not with the right settings 😉
@@TRONCATFPV horizon steady or what's it called
Beautiful slow flight, very nice.
Incredible work man! Love the way you show case a home!
First one here 😂
Amazing work, so smooth. 🔥🔥
Beautiful work! So smooth...
On the Qav-pro 2.5 and the printables O3 mount. Do you keep that huge camera angle when flying indoors?
I keep the QAV as a backup drone and actually haven't had to use it on a drone tour yet. The Pavo25 build has been my go-to. The O3 mount should allow you to do any amount of camera tilt you need
Wow….
Brutal! Enhorabuena por el gran trabajo!!
Was this one with the gopro 11?
yup!
Great job Man.
Is it filmed on GP or 03 ?
Naked GP11 🙌
Smooth... and great shots!
wow! awesome job!
Is this acro mode?
Yes, all of our interior drone tours are filmed in acro mode 👍
Beautiful home!
super smooth dude!
Nice one!
amazing video smooth af
Good job😀
Clean!!
Is this O3 or gopro?
Naked GP11 👍
@@TRONCATFPV Thanks for the reply! what rates do you use? i am trying to fly indoors and i found some good rates, but i struggle with the throttle, i am looking for a throttle curve or something.
