there is a bracket the alternators top bolt goes into that may get in the way. Its only one bolt holding it in place, pull that and i also found it helpful to pull the cam cover off ( 5 bolts ) for an extra half inch of clearance in case anyone is going to attempt this. Def have to pull the mount bolt and jack the engine up too.
How did you get the nut holding on the tensioner pulley loose? Since the nut is pulled counter clockwise to release tension, when I try to loosen the nut (counter clockwise) it just rotates the tensioner instead of loosening the nut.
Ok if yo still got the belt on then break the nut first ..if the belt is off then you will have to jam the pully so it dont spin and break the bolt loose ... sometimes the bolt can be ceased up and cause the pully to spin when trying g 2 break it free so.basically you got to stop the pully from spinning when breaking I loose..or if you got an air ratchet or air gun bust it loose with that..hope this helps

Job not 2 bad but that 1 bolt 4 the bracket will get a lot of people..
