I'm a total Harry Potter Fan and your potions are the best I could find on the Internet. I would love to see more in the future and I will definitely recreate a lot of them. Last thing I created was a phoenix soap but I can't share it until january since it's part of a swap.
If I recall when I went the Harry Potter studio with it being halloween they had a demo of unicorn blood and giant snot, unicorn blood I think was mica powder and baby oil, these have been a wonderful series of videos to watch.
My local Dollar Tree didn't have any hair gel whatsoever so I tried shower gel and it was way too runny, all the glitter sank to the bottom. I decided to use just the whole bottle of silver metallic acrylic paint with some silver glitter and it looks really good!
Oh my god you make so many amazing things I love it my brother loves to make the stuff you make he's gonna make the swooping evil venom art is amazing. Can you make a video to make occamy eggs 😃
+onyx angel you should be able to find the bottle at a craft store like Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and Pat Catans. If all else fails you can find it on Amazon here: Nakpunar Spherical Clear Glass Bottle, 8.5 Oz. w/ Cork - ball bottle, round bottle for oils, witch spells, wedding favors, bath bubbles
I really like how you use the clear hair gel to suspend the different ingredients. Does it dry out after a time? Or change it's consistency, turn watery, like old lotion for instance?
Jessica J it does not change in consistency (at least not in almost 2 years 😉) if the jar is not properly sealed you may get a little bit of evaporation, but as long as your jar is completely sealed you shouldn’t see any. I hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Thank you for your fast reply! I'm definitely going to try this. Have you used baby oil for any of your potion ingredients? I haven't watched all your videos...yet. :-)
"Add a little bit of glitter" Me: *puts in the entire bottle Also me : oh was I not supposed to do that? Ok I'm not funny whatever the dark lord was stuck to that qqquril for an entire year i wish the dark lord asked my mother for helping him she would've killed that Harry Potter and that blood traitor Ron and the mud blood granger in the first year but he wanted to kill them by his own wand uhh whatever have really bad day..🦄🦄
I made some of your potions....loved them...but the major problem is we can't find such bottles in our nearby stores...if we decide to buy online these are toooo expensive in India...😭
Thank you so much!!! It was amazing :) I've been wondering, what program do you use for your labels? Do you create them or find something that you like on google?
I get my labels by just googling "potion bottle labels" and go to images you can find hundreds of free images. If you google "Harry Potter potion labels" or the specific label you are looking for they pop up. I would put a link to the label sheet I used but they are not my images and I don't want to get flagged.
+Frieda Martin I have but I like the idea of people making their own, and adding their own twist. But who knows maybe I will sell them down the line. Thank you and thanks for watching!
Hi, does the paint haver to be water based? I ask as silver water based paint is a bit more challenging to find here in Australia. But if you do, its super expensive. Is there an alternative that I can use? Can I just use normal acrylic paint? Thank you x
Yes I have several DIY‘s where I use alcohol instead of the gel but I wanted that thick look; but you could definitely use rubbing alcohol with a little bit of a silver Metallic paint it would give you a swirly effect.

I know I just commented recently asking a question about a different potion (which I finally made work btw!) and I’m sorry to bother you again. I think I’d like to make this one to add to the gift I’m working on but I don’t see the label on your website anywhere :( Did you end up removing it or is it named something else there? If it’s not available anymore that’s okay, I’ll see if I can decide on anything else! But wanted to ask. Thank you 🤗
